I am all for any law or programs aimed at protection the citizens of the US and our homeland, however, if we are going to be passing federal laws requiring these new "real id's" at our DMV's we should open more offices.
The state or federal government should allocate more money to the budget of the DMV to open more offices and staff them up to the max. You know everytime you go into a DMV they have like 20 windows, but never have more than 5 people working them.
