A officer has a man on the ground the suspect is not armed and in the video you can see the officer pull his gun and shoot this guy who ends up dieing from his wounds. Why hasn't this officer been charged with some kind of murder charge?Police are allowed way too much leeway when it comes to making mistakes. If this was a civilian they would of been charged and sitting in jail already. Now you have someone who is trained and sworn in to protect the public, but instead he ends up killing an unarmed man.Totally unacceptable.By the time it is said and done this cop should be spending the rest of his life in prison.

In a case involving a Robert E williams jr who is charged with 2 counts of stat sodomy and 1 count of Child Molestation in the 1st degree,A judge JEFFREY LYNN BUSHUR lowered the bond amount from $200,000 that was requested by the prosecutor to $100,000 and now this guy got a bailbondsman to work with him and now he is out on the streets with access to other children and god knows what else he will do.
I am asking for the publics help in removing this judge from his position. He must be held accountable for his incompetence and allowing a child molestor to roam free.I don't know if he is an elected or appointed judge, but I will not stop until he is removed.

It seems that more and more Americans are moving to the middle and becoming more moderate on their views.Maybe this is a start to actually having a viable third party that actually represents the views of most Americans. When it comes too most issues I think we can all come to an agreement. The republicans and democrats take the few hot button issues like abortion, immigration, gun rights, free trade to the extreme and keep us divided because they can't agree on anything without everyone getting their piece of pie.Which I think we all know is thanks to lobbyists and campaign contributions. But has even more to do with Weak politicains who are unable too keep their hands clean and do what's best for America as a whole.
How hard would it be to start your own political party and make changes on a local level? We could show both republican and democrats that we mean business and won't accept their Half BLEEP efforts any more.

I keep hearing how one side is too blame for all the problems in the world.Wether it be Republican,Democrat,Black or White.Or maybe it's illegal immigrant's.Hell, I bet even China has something to do with it.
The bottom line is we have let ourselves down in a huge way.I don't mean every individual in the country but everyone as a whole. Our inability to be able to work together on almost any issue is really unacceptable. This is a cycle we have been in probably forever,Forever is a long time.I don't know about everyone else but I am sick and tired of not getting anything done.I feel Obama is a good start, now I know some don't agree with that point of view. These problems we face are going to be here long after he is out of office. And we are still going to have to deal with each other.
Instead of continuing to look for the so called leadership of this country to solve our problems we need to work together more as a community.I believe we have all the answers ourself we just have too work together to come up with the best solution.I for one am not OK with the world I was born into and want to have the biggest positive impact on it that I can.
As long as we keep looking for someone too blame we will never get anything done. That is a arguement that has gone on since the beginning of time and will be til the end of time all's we can do is not get caught up in the BS.
God bless everyone.

I see congressmen on TV saying that the administration did the old "Bait and Switch" in regards to the bailout. What I want to know is why didn't the congress write better legislation so the American people would be helped out?
They give Paulson a blank check and then expect him to do the right thing,Come on.The administration comes out crying the Sky is Falling and congress rushes to give them absolute power over $800,000,000,000 dollars. We are in the midst of the biggest political dissapointment in history with regards to George Bush and now our congress let's the American people down.It is amazing how much stupidity resides in the so called leadership of this country. How can they call themselves represenatives when they don't represent the people who elect them.

Now secretary Paulson isn't going to use the money to help people stay in their homes,he is going to give the banks more money so they can continue to further deepen the mortage crisis in this country. With so much bad debt tied to these bad mortages then why not buy them up and give the market some stability?
Apparently he thinks it is better to give the banks more capital that you know isn't going to go to help people in financial trouble. It's going to be nearly impossible for someone that is currently struggling to refinance their debt so they can make the payments and stay in their homes. There should of been mandates put into this legislation to insure the money goes directly to First buy up bad debt or renegotiate a loan to the new depreciated value of homes and then the money could of paid off the difference so the banks don't lose money and can continue to work with home owner's.This has been a huge LIE forced onto the American people who largely did not want this bailout to pass in the first place. We should be outraged at this delibrate deceipt and still in the last chance the current administration has to leave on a good note and actually do something right in 8 years they continue to fail the American people. It will be a fitting legacy for the biggest mistake the American voters have ever made.

I know there are some people that are voting for Obama just for the simple fact that he is black. And others just because he is the democratic candidate. But I am voting for him because the republican party has let me down for the last eight years.
I have done my research into the history of this country and the party most to blame for our problems in the middle east is the republican party. Now we find ourselves in a situation that will demand that we have a constant presence in that part of the world for years to come. This is not because there are bad guys wanting to destroy us for no good reason. If you look at the last half century you will find that we have almost always been the trouble makers and the instigators in every conflict between us and any middle east country.Starting with Iran and continuing through today the problems we face are almost always results of our failed policies toward this part of the world. The US wants to stick it's nose in everybody's business when we think it will benefit us without any thought to the consequences. These policies are largely driven by the republicans and the influence of the Bible. It revolves around protecting Israel. It is time to let them deal with the islamic countries on their own.Why should we care about what happens to Israel when there are much more worthy causes we could take on.It is time to move on and worry about our own problems first and quit trying to fix the world's problems. As long as the republicans have the presidency we will never make the necessary gains we need to make as a country and as a people as a whole. There are way too many George Bush's left in the republican party for them to be an effective party for the change this country desperately needs.

Is there a religion with the answers we all seek? One that will allow you to one day meet the creator of all this.
Or is it possible that every person's interpetation of life is good enough to get that meeting with the creator?

I bet John McCain never thought his VP would cost him the election. It seems like everyday now something new about her comes out it's negative. She has had so many screw ups that it's almost not funny anymore,Almost. With everything from claiming to have foreign policy experience becuase she lives next door to Russia to Violating ethics while in the Governors office.Rarely do we see someone have such a positive effect on a campaign and then fall from grace so quickly.Voters have a more Negative view of her than positive. When a supposed Conservative hockey mom goes and spends $150,000 dollars on a wardrobe she seems to lose credibility with real hockey moms. It's a hard lesson learned but a necessary one.Come on right-wingers even you have to see through her BS.

This election is not just about democrat or republican,It's about us the American people. The values and ideas of what America should be about has been thrown out the window,So that people can achieve their own personal goals regardless of the consequences. If America don't represent what we believe in then the idea of democracy loses something.America is supposed to stand for everything that is right and good for not only us but the world. We have let that go for way too long,All because of our own selfish interest's.It's amazing how much BS people will believe until it is too late and it starts to have a negative affect your everyday life.Instead of being proactive and taking an interest in the things that affect the way we live ,We always wait until it's too late and then we look for somebody else too blame. You know that old saying that "A ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" could never be more true than now.Anything that we are currently going through could have been foreseen if we were not so blinded by the BS that should, Take a back seat to the things that should be truely important in this country. The bottom line is until We the People of the United States of America take responsibility and actually start caring enough to make the necessary efforts to make the changes so greatly needed then we are going to be under the Control of a government that don't represent the American people and Forced to bow to the will of the, Corrupt policies of our elected officials. The time has come and so will change.

I want to know people's opinion's on something.
It seems that we have forgotten some history when it comes to America and the Middle east.Starting off with the Shah of Iran, the CIA helped overthrow the leader in Iran and put in power the Shah. This was a guy who treated his people like a tyrant, but the US didn't care as long as he supported the policies of the US.This is exactly the kind of environment needed to breed the hate against the US.First we do what we think is best for the US at the time without any consideration for the future. The environment created allowed radicals to motivate enough people in Iran to the point were the Shah had to take his family to Egypt. So now we have a country who is full of people just ready to kill every American they can.And they have been breeding that hate every since then.
Next Russia invades Afghanistan and god forbid the Russians take over such a wasteland. What could possibly be gained by the US keeping Russia out of Afghanistan,I know we pissed off guys like Osama Bin Laden for entering their country and sticking our noses in a war they were fighting themselves. Then we give the Taliban weapons and intellegence to fight the russians. We didn't help fight the Russians because we actually cared it was about Russia. After seeing the US continuing to use the Middle east as pawns in our own political games I can see how we pissed people off.
Just one more example,Iraq invades Iran.So now we have our chance to get back at Iran for overthrowing our puppet leader. We give Saddam weapons and even help get him started on the biological weapons he ends up using on his own people. And the basis for going to war with them right now.You tell me who's to blame for our problems in the Middle east.
We are not innocent victims in this war on terror.Hell you might even say we started it.

It would be hard for me to believe that the majority of people don't realize that race is a issue in this election.I have grown up around this town practictly my whole life.Anywhere from Peculiar to Independence and from Lee's Summit to Pleasant Hill, and Race is certainly an issue.
If I go back just five years, there is no way I would of voted for a black man.Over this time I have stood back and really examined my points of view on different things in my life and my view on Racism was one of them.I lbegan too look at how I have come to have these points of views on race. What has influenced me on this point of view? Was it because I grew up in small town's and in general ,just kind of inherited their view 's on Race. One example,I was seven or eight years old and i was living in Peculair,Mo.Our neighbor was in the KKK.We lived in a duplex right next door. One night I was awoke by a gunshot,My neighbor had put on camouflague clothes, hid behind our AC unit out back and took a shot with a pistol at a White women who had a little baby girl who was half black and half white. They were sitting out on some steps behind their apt. building when he shot at them. The cops did nothing about it,he was never charged with anything. This was the way racism was handled in little white town's,It wasn't.
Being brought up around people like that and never really being exposed to black people made it easy to just take on society's opinion as my own.Wich was one made by people who never really knew any black people themselves. So it was a opinion made out of ignorence, and the result of that ignorence's influence on a child growing up in that environment.Even in town's like Lee's Summit when I was a teenager in the 90's there was alot of racism. There still is today.Racism has a long history and it's an issue that will take a long time too get rid of, If ever.
I can tell in my short life the gains we have made. You cannot make the right decision if race has an influence.Judging an entire race of people because of your point of view on a few is unacceptable. It's unacceptable as a society and should be as an individual.
I hope it starts helpful discussions on race in this country.

We have reached a point were the corruption and greed of the elite few who have way too much influence on our economy has come to a head. The full scale of this issue has yet to be brought to light. They want you to believe that foreclosures in the housing market are the central reason for this crisis. When actually they are only a drop in the bucket in comparison to all the other issues the market faces.
By making the housing market the central issue the government can claim they are helping the American people and not only bailing out Wall Street. When in fact we,ourselves can make the necessary adjustments in our own lives to get us ,the average American by without a bailout for the rich.It won't be easy not using that credit card or cut back on spending in many areas that we have come a custom too.The issues on Wall Street are self inflicted, just as are many of the issues each family finds themselves facing these days when it comes too financial issues.
It is way past due for the people of this country to show some conservation throughout their lives. We have become a country of "Got to have it here and now on demand".We have this notion that just because we can do something we should, without regard of the consequences. The American people must take some of the blame for the situations we find ourselves in.We are not just innocent victims. The state of our country speaks volumes about the people who run it and about the people who elect them to run it.We cannot go through this with the attitude of "Poor Me" we must accept a certain amount of responsibility and make hard but necessary decisions that will improve our lives as individuals and as a country.
We have an opportunity to make landmark changes in the way we handle our business, unfortunately as in most cases it takes a crisis and hardship to bring it to the frontline. We are hard headed but we can learn from our mistakes. We must change.

Is the will of the American people strong enough to overcome the Greed of Wall street and the continued incompetence of the Government? Are we going to continue to allow our Futures to be predicted by these two?
I say No! I feel the time has come for more Americans to stand up for what they believe more than ever.We can no longer allow these institutions to ruin our dreams and take advantage of the true spirit of the American people. We are good hard working people who just want to be left to achieve our goals and trust that the people we put in charge will do the right thing. They continue to prove thier inability to do the right thing, that is best for America. We must take back our country, everything has become way more complicated than it needs to be.The more clouded and murky these simple, common sense decisions become only shows that some people's desire to obscure the truth and has become the way too achieve their own personal goals. They take such a pure idea as democracy and destroy it.Democracy has become a pulpit for those who choose to say what ever they want and abuse the trust of the American people. I'm all for freedom of speech, but when politicains know that inheritely good people will take them at their word and trust them to do the right thing, they continue put their own interest's in front of the American people's.This is the greatest mishandling of the power given to them by the American people. We have to take this country back to the basics, the founding principles of this great country have been clouded over by people's greed and the struggle for power. It must stop and it will!!
We deserve better than this!!!

Now that we've wasted $800,000,000,000 dollars what now?You still have that house you can't afford you still have those credit cards you can't pay off and you still have the same bad habits and lack of discipline to control your spending. It's like we are trying to put out a fire by pouring gas on it and having a one legged man trying to stomp it out.
Now the government has bought all this bad debt it will free up resources to allow banks to be able to loan more money.By doing this it let's banks offer you more credit that you won't be able too pay either.Or maybe it allows them to offer more credit to other people that haven't quite felt the pinch enough and puts them into more debt they won't be able to pay.Either way this bill is designed to allow people to borrow more money and perpetuate this cycle of credit that will continue to grow. This is why we have this problem too begin with.
They are not giving Americans money ,they are giving banks money so they can pay off their bad debt, you are still going to have all the debt you currently haveThey could of delt with the American people directly and made a real difference, but instead they chose to deal with the banks that kept giving loans to people that should not have got them in the first place.
Until we as a country start showing some discipline and real efforts at conservation we are Never,Never going to break this cycle and solve the problem. We have convinced ourselves that the Ameerican dream is to have whatever we want when we want, but this comes at a great cost to America. It puts a huge burden on our children,it takes a huge toll on the environment and it destroys the moral fabric of this country.
