When yellow will be mellow.  You hear that, you Asian people?  You better mellow out.  I guess I'm jumping to conclusions there, he might have been talking about people with jaundice or severe liver problems.  My money is on the fact that he meant Asians, and that he meant to sound just as racist as he did.

When white will do what's right.  I guess electing a President that is 40 something percent African is not "right" enough for this racist "minister".  As an aside, does the black community have any spritual leaders who aren't raging racists?  Just wondering.

While the liberally brainwashed media have been very, very busy disparging the man who has kept us free from terror attacks since 9/11, a voice of reason has called out from the darkness that is poised to envelop us.

That voice of reason belongs to The Dalai Lama, considered by many to be the foremost authority on World peace.

The Dalai Lama, a lifelong champion of non-violence, stated on Saturday that terrorism cannot be tackled by applying the priniples of Ahisma because the minds of terrorists "are closed."

"It is difficult to deal with terrorism through non-violence," the Tibetan spiritual leader said delivering the Madhavrao Scindia Memorial Lecture here.

He also termed terrorism as the worst kind of violence which is not carried by a few mad people but by those who are very brilliant and educated.

"They (terrorists) are very brilliant and educated...but a strong ill feeling is bred in them. Their minds are closed," the Dalai Lama said.

He said that the only way to tackle terrorism is through prevention. The head of the Tibetan government-in-exile left the audience stunned when he said "I love President George W Bush." He went on to add how he and the US President instantly struck a chord in their first meeting unlike politicians who take a while to develop close ties.

Senora Kennedy she is from famous senator family. Senora Kennedy father was El Presidente. She have tio who is senator. She have many cousin who also is senator, even all the ones with the drug problems. Why she is only one who no is senator? This is no fair to her. In my old country was the law that all family of el Presidente is also Senator or Minister until the revolucion. 

Senora Kennedy is many plaques. She have a diploma from the Senator school and many trophies. She have many famous photografias and autografias. I know this because I have to clean her office every Tuesday and is very hard for to dust all this many things.

Senora Kennedy have very many busy jobs. She is edit the book for the children and the poetry. She also choose the winners for the many awards she is boss for. It is make her very tired, but every day Senora is go to work for the volunteer to raise the money for the awards and the charity. She have many parties at the home and the museum. She work very hard to shop for the new gowns and invitacions. She is also make the seating arrange and hide the tequila from Tio Teddy so he not get borracho. This she do for the poor. 

Senora Kennedy she is the good mother. She is raise her two girls by herself, with the nannies, and every night read the girls the poetry book she edit. The nannies are go now because the girls they also are go off now to Senator school.

Senora Kennedy she is always know the issues. Every morning she always tell me, "Rosa, where is my New York Time paper?" Then she read it before she go to Fifth Avenue for the shopping. When she get back she tell me to put it in the recycle because to save the planet.

Senora Kennedy is the good boss for the people. She treat everybody on the staff very nice and no yell. We all get one day off in the week and she give the $200 bonus this Christmas. Except Maria because she broke the crystal bowl in the office when she dusting.

Senora Kennedy knows how to call the taxi. Senora Kennedy say to tell you she sometime call taxi by herself.

This is why you should no listen to the people who say she no be a good senator. Senora Kennedy is make the best senator because she is the pure full blood of the Kennedy, and no one drop of mestizo. When she is senator maybe she give you $200 bonus if you no break anything or be disloyal. Extra $100 if you write a good blog about her.

Is Barack Hussein Obama Constitutionally eligible to assume the Office of The President of The United States of America?

A very, very good question. A question that has been, quite disturbingly, ignored by the supposed "mainstream media". A question that deserves an answer.

There are already two (or more) very capable bLoggers reporting on this story for us here on MyFox Colorado, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank and congratulate Dizzee and Toadie, as well as many other bLoggers, for their tireless efforts. Patriots of the First Order, folks like these may well be remembered as heroes of the information age should this story end up being factual and we avert a National crisis by sitting a foreign national as President.

Some of these bLoggers will be regarded as true journalists, should they prove to have succeeded in educating the American public where the pathetic mainstream media has failed so miserably.

The last thing I want to do is step on these fine bLogger’s toes by adding to the "Born Conspiracy" debate. The purpose of this post is to call out the national media for failing the Citizens of The United States of America by ignoring this story, and by failing to report it to the public.

Here are some of the facts that the MSM are not telling you:

Obama and the Democratic National Convention (DNC) have let a December 1st deadline slip by without responding to Pennsylvania attorney Philip J. Berg's petition for writ of certiorari demanding Obama produce a legitimate birth certificate to document his eligibility for office.

If you are more familiar with the average-citizen level of court process, this is also known as "failure to appear". If you are called to court, and you fail to appear, you are considered guilty by the courts.  They also put out a warrant for your arrest, unless you are an "untouchable messiah".

This is an important development, one that has been largely ignored by the MSM.

Here are a few other developments you may or may not have heard of, depending on whom you trust to provide you with the relevant truth:

My point, as I may have mentioned, was this:

WHY IS THE MSM NOT REPORTING ON THIS STORY?

Even the Russian newspaper, Pravda, recently featured a column about "The Man with No Visible Past".  I guess it just goes to show you, if you want the truth about what is going on in America, ask the Russian media, true defenders of the First Amendment.

Why does Obama continue to refuse to let the Citizens of The United States of America know the truth about his past? Why won’t the MSM report on this question? If we can no longer trust the MSM to provide us with the relevant truth, then whom can we trust?

At this point, I’m trusting Dizzee, and almost no one else.

Obama is causing a National crisis with his continued obstruction of the facts, and if he continues to do so it will create a crisis of catastrophic proportions. Please, read on:

Edwin Vieira, a constitutional lawyer who has practiced for 30 years and holds four degrees from Harvard, said if it were to be discovered Mr. Obama were not eligible for the presidency, it would cause many problems. They would be compounded if his ineligibility were discovered after he had been in office for a period of time.

"Let's say we go a year into this process, and it all turns out to be a flim-flam," said Mr. Vieira. "What's the nation's reaction to that? What's going to be the reaction in the next U.S. election? God knows. It has almost revolutionary consequences, if you think about it."

"If he were my client and this question came up in civil litigation, if there was some reason that his birth status was relevant and the other side wanted him to produce the thing and he said 'no,' I would tell him, 'you have about 15 minutes to produce it or sign the papers necessary to produce the document, or I'm resigning as your attorney," said Mr. Vieira. "I don't think any ethical attorney would go ahead on the basis that his client could produce an objective document in civil litigation [and refused to do so]."

There is no good, legitimate reason for Obama to continue to hide his past. He can do all the legal do-se-dos he wants, but at the end of the day there is NO GOOD REASON for him to continue to deceive the American People.  NONE.

Ladies and Gentlemen, perhaps one of the single most important events in American History is unfolding right now, before our very eyes.

And it's possible you haven't even heard about it.

If you're like me (an American), you're quite fond of our Constitution.  Were patriotism a religion, the Constitution would be my bible.  No blasphemy intended.

Our Constitution includes a clause (Article II, Section 1) that requires that the President of The United States be a natural born citizen.

Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, is not a natural born citizen.

The President-elect has been asked to provide proof to the American People that he is a citizen of the United States.

He has refused.

I have been told that I must accept this situation.

I will not.

I am one of many citizens demanding that Mr. Obama/Soetoro provide proof of his place of birth to the American People.  Attached is the letter I will post to two of our elected officials.  Please feel free to add your name, if you like.

I write to you not as a politician, nor as a captain of industry, nor as a major contributor to your political campaigns. 

I write to you as a humble citizen of The United States of America.

It has come to my attention that the President-elect, Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, is not a citizen of the United States.

As you are most certainly aware, Article II (Section 1) of our Constitution provides that:

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

How this man has reached this level in our government without providing the proper credentials is irrelevant.  I, as a citizen of The United States of America, demand that he produce the proper credentials prior to taking the office of President.  Compelling evidence supports the claim that Mr. Obama/Soetoro is barred from holding the Office of President by the 'natural-born citizen' clause of the U.S. Constitution.

As a man who has sworn an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, I am duty-bound to demand that Mr. Obama/Soetoro produce valid documentation proving his citizenship prior to taking office.

As my elected officials, I am requesting that, on behalf of the citizens of the United States of America, you refuse to certify the election until Mr. Obama/Soetoro produces valid documentation proving his citizenship.

On September 16, 2008, U.S. District Court Judge William Alsup wrote:

"Mechanisms exist under the Twelfth Amendment and 3 U.S.C. 15 for any challenge to any candidate to be ventilated when electoral votes are counted, and the Twentieth Amendment provides guidance regarding how to proceed if a president elect shall have failed to qualify. Issues regarding qualifications or lack thereof can be laid before the voting public before the election and, once the election is over, can be raised as objections as the electoral votes are counted in Congress.

Gentlemen, these are of course all facts of which you are aware.  I am asking that you enforce our Constitutional law.  I am asking that you refuse to certify this election until the question of Mr. Obama/Soetoro's citizenship is answered.

I swore an oath, Gentlemen, as did you.  I am in hopes that, as my elected representatives, you can do more to protect this oath for the citizenry than I can.

"Let's say we go a year into this process, and it all turns out to be a flim-flam," said Mr. Vieira. "What's the nation's reaction to that? What's going to be the reaction in the next U.S. election? God knows. It has almost revolutionary consequences, if you think about it."

"If he were my client and this question came up in civil litigation, if there was some reason that his birth status was relevant and the other side wanted him to produce the thing and he said 'no,' I would tell him, 'you have about 15 minutes to produce it or sign the papers necessary to produce the document, or I'm resigning as your attorney," said Mr. Vieira. "I don't think any ethical attorney would go ahead on the basis that his client could produce an objective document in civil litigation [and refused to do so]."

There is no good, legitimate reason for Obama to continue to hide his past. He can do all the legal do-se-dos he wants, but at the end of the day there is NO GOOD REASON for him to continue to deceive the American People.  NONE.

Reporting from Houston -- A week after the election of the nation's first black president, gun buyers across the country are flocking to gun stores to stock up on assault rifles, handguns and ammunition.

Some say they are worried that the incoming administration of President-elect Barack Obama will attempt to re- impose the ban on assault weapons that expired in 2004. Others fear the loss of their right to own handguns. A few say they are preparing to protect themselves in the event of a race war.

But whatever the reason, gun dealers in red and blue states alike say they've never seen anything like the run on weaponry they've been experiencing since election day, surpassing the days after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

"People are terrified of losing their right to protect themselves," said DeWayne Irwin, owner of Cheaper Than Dirt, a large gun store in Fort Worth. "The volume is 10 times what we ever expected. It started with assault rifles, but at this point, people are buying ammunition, high capacity magazines, Glocks -- it's all flying off the shelf.

"With the economy the way it is, people are worried about instability. They are scared of civil unrest."

There are no nationwide figures on gun sales available yet to document a post-election trend, and the number of pre-purchase background checks conducted by the FBI -- a major barometer of national gun sales -- actually rose more slowly through Oct. 31 of this year than during comparable periods in 2007 and 2006.

But anecdotal reports from around the nation suggest the sudden surge of November gun-buying is far surpassing the normal hunting-season spike that often occurs at this time of year.

At the Memorial Shooting Center in Houston, a popular gun store and firing range that shares a building with a church, managers said they sold out their stock of assault weapons a day after the election and are now adding orders, at more than $1,000 each, to a monthlong waiting list.

In Colorado, state authorities said they set a record for background checks on gun purchasers on the Saturday before the election -- and the requests have been growing ever since.

Not every gun enthusiast is so worried. Mark Greene, a hunter and member of Gun Owners for Obama, led a grass-roots campaign for the Democratic nominee in Tarrant County, Texas. Greene said he regarded fears of a looming ban on assault weapons as unfounded.

"People are being pretty reactionary," Greene said. "There's a small contingent of folks in and out of the gun-owning community concerned that Obama's election is such a revolutionary change that it could portend mayhem. I think it's hysteria."

Obama's record on gun rights is conflicting enough to give ammunition to either side.

Obama's campaign website said he "respects the constitutional rights of Americans to bear arms" and promised that he would "protect the rights of hunters and other law-abiding Americans to purchase, own, transport and use guns."

Seeking to reassure gun owners, Obama told a campaign audience in Ohio in October: "I will not take your shotgun away. I will not take your rifle away. I won't take your handgun away."

But Obama has also said he favors "common sense" gun laws, and as an Illinois state legislator he voted to support a ban on semi-automatic assault weapons and tighter restrictions on all firearms. He has said in the past that he opposes allowing gun owners to carry concealed weapons.

The sum of those positions prompted the National Rifle Assn. to warn its members during the campaign that Obama "would be the most anti-gun president in American history."

Obama "says he's in favor of common sense gun laws," Irwin said. "Well, what people up north think is common sense is something different from us down here in Texas. The criminals have all this illegal stuff. I don't want to fight them with a handgun if I can get an AK. I'm entitled to that. I should be able to defend my home."

I often wonder, when reading stories like this, if we will recognize the early stages of Civil War II when we see them.

The economy is worsening. Crime rates are up.

20 million illegal aliens roam our streets. Illegal aliens facing a dwindling job market, evaporation of construction jobs, and few prospects. They have also, by and large, demonstrated a significant lack of respect for our Nation’s laws (as well as the fundamental rules of society).

Racial tension is as high as it has ever been.

One perspicacious blogger, whose posts should be required reading for every ObamaZombie, has noted that Obama’s Presidency may not be Constitutional due to his citizenship status, and could actually be decertified by the Electoral College.

If Obama is not elgible to be President, then it is very, very important that he not be allowed to take office. If he is refused office due to his immigration status, then the ObamaZombies will take to the streets. Count on it. There will be riots, and they won’t be pretty.

The citizenry is arming itself on a historical scale.

People are afraid. The justification (or lack thereof) for their fear is irrelevant. What is important to understand is the fact that scared people make mistakes. Scared people do things that they later regret. Scared people are not always rational.

Some folks will brand the recitation of facts such as these as "fearmongering". Nothing wrong with paying attention to the world around you, I say.

Some folks will also decry the arming of America.

Those folks were probably never Boy Scouts.

Today is a day when most red-blooded Americans take a moment to give thanks to the brave men and women who have served our Nation with honor and dignity.  Men and women who have sacrificed their time, their safety, and in many cases, their lives, in an effort to preserve our freedom.

Although I have not always been the most outspoken advocate of President-Elect Barack Obama, today I would like to congratulate him and add my voice to the millions of fellow citizens who are celebrating his historic and frightening election victory. I don't care whether you are a conservative or a liberal -- when you saw this inspiring young African-American rise to our nation's highest office I hope you felt the same sense of patriotic pride that I experienced, no matter how hard you were hyperventilating with deep existential dread.  

Yes, I know there are probably other African-Americans much better qualified and prepared for the presidency. Much, much better qualified. Hundreds, easily, if not thousands, and without any troubling ties to radical lunatics and Chicago mobsters. Gary Coleman comes to mind. But let's not let that distract us from the fact that Mr. Obama's election represents a profound, positive milestone in our country's struggle to overcome its long legacy of racial divisions and bigotry. It reminds us of how far we've come, and it's something everyone in our nation should celebrate in whatever little time we now have left.

Less than fifty years ago, African-Americans were barred from public universities, restaurants, and even drinking fountains in many parts of the country. On Tuesday we came together and transcended that shameful legacy, electing an African-American to the country's top job -- which, in fact, appears to be his first actual job. Certainly, it doesn't mean that racism has disappeared in America, but it is an undeniable mark of progress that a majority of voters no longer consider skin color nor a dangerously gullible naivete as a barrier to the presidency.

It's also heartening to realize that as president Mr. Obama will soon be working hand-in-hand with a former Ku Klux Klan Grand Wizard like Senator Robert Byrd to craft the incoherent and destructive programs that will plunge the American economy into a nightmare of full-blown sustained depression. As Vice President-Elect Joe Biden has repeatedly warned, there will be difficult times ahead and the programs will not always be popular, or even sane. But as we look out over the wreckage of bankrupt coal companies, nationalized banks, and hyperinflation, we can always look back with sustained pride on the great National Reconciliation of 2008. Call me an optimist, but I like to think when America's breadlines erupt into riots it will be because of our shared starvation, not the differences in our color.

It's obvious that this newfound pride is not confined to Americans alone. All across the world, Mr. Obama's election has helped mend America's tattered image as a racist, violent cowboy, willing to retaliate with bombs at the slightest provocation. The huge outpouring of international support following the election shows that America can still win new friendships while rebuilding its old ones, and provides Mr. Obama with unprecedented diplomatic leverage over our remaining enemies. When Russian tanks start pouring into eastern Europe and Iranian missiles begin raining down on Jerusalem, their leaders will know they will be facing a man who not only conquered America's racial divide but the hearts of the entire Cannes film community. And those Al Qaeda terrorists plotting a dirty nuke or chemical attack on San Francisco face a stark new reality: while they may no longer need to worry about US Marines, they are looking down the barrel of a strongly worded diplomatic condemnation by a Europe fully united in their deep sympathy for surviving Americans.

So for now, let's put politics aside and celebrate this historic milestone. In his famous speech at the Lincoln Memorial 45 years ago, Dr. King said "I have a dream that one day my children will live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."

Let us now take pride that Tuesday we Americans proved that neither thing matters anymore.

Reagan's landslide challenges the pulse-taker profession

For weeks before the presidential election, the gurus of public opinion polling were nearly unanimous in their findings. In survey after survey, they agreed that the coming choice between President Jimmy Carter and Challenger Ronald Reagan was "too close to call." A few points at most, they said, separated the two major contenders.

But when the votes were counted, the former California Governor had defeated Carter by a margin of 51% to 41% in the popular vote—a rout for a U.S. presidential race. In the electoral college, the Reagan victory was a 10-to-l avalanche that left the President holding only six states and the District of Columbia.

After being so right for so long about presidential elections—the pollsters' findings had closely agreed with the voting results for most of the past 30 years—how could the surveys have been so wrong? The question is far more than technical. The spreading use of polls by the press and television has an important, if unmeasurable, effect on how voters perceive the candidates and the campaign, creating a kind of synergistic effect: the more a candidate rises in the polls, the more voters seem to take him seriously.

With such responsibilities thrust on them, the pollsters have a lot to answer for, and they know it. Their problems with the Carter-Reagan race have touched off the most skeptical examination of public opinion polling since 1948, when the surveyers made Thomas Dewey a sure winner over Harry Truman. In response, the experts have been explaining, qualifying, clarifying—and rationalizing. Simultaneously, they are privately embroiled in as much backbiting, mudslinging and mutual criticism as the tight-knit little profession has ever known. The public and private pollsters are criticizing their competition's judgment, methodology, reliability and even honesty.

At the heart of the controversy is the fact that no published survey detected the Reagan landslide before it actually happened. Three weeks before the election, for example, TIME'S polling firm, Yankelovich, Skelly and White, produced a survey of 1,632 registered voters showing the race almost dead even, as did a private survey by Caddell. Two weeks later, a survey by CBS News and the New York Times showed about the same situation.

Some pollsters at that time, however, were getting results that showed a slight Reagan lead. ABC News-Harris surveys, for example, consistently gave Reagan a lead of a few points until the climactic last week of October.

The single exception to these general findings was the judgment drawn by the Reagan campaign's own elaborate polling operation, run by Richard Wirthlin, who claims that Reagan had a consistent five-to seven-point lead throughout the last two weeks of the campaign.

I interviewed two plumbing company owners over the weekend about Barack Obama's economic proposals for small business.

One has 15 employees and 12 trucks. The other has 52 employees and 34 trucks. They're Joe the Plumber, writ large.

Both owners had the same reaction to Obama's proposed new taxes and mandates. To not have their bottom lines reduced by government fiat, both said they'd be forced to lay off employees.

Specifically, here's what the owner of the larger firm said regarding six of Obama's key proposals for the small-business sector: The average wage at his company, figuring the 52 paychecks of his office staff, installers and service workers, is $31,200, $15 an hour.

First, "Barack Obama and Joe Biden will require that employers provide seven paid sick days per year," states the Obama campaign's Web site. "I give three paid sick days," explained the business owner. His extra cost for this one new regulation would be $24,960 (4 extra days, 52 employees, at an average of $120 per day). "That's one of the women in the office," he said. "I can make up that cost by letting one of the office people go."

Second, Obama states that employers will be required to pay 100 percent of the cost of health insurance premiums for 100 percent of their employees or face a tax penalty. "I pay 75 percent of their coverage," explained the owner. "The family policy is about $11,000. For single guys, it's about $5,000." At an average annual cost of $7,000 per policy, his additional cost for 52 employees to cover the 25 percent of the premiums that he currently doesn't pay is $91,000. "That's the price of three installers," he said. "Just to stay even with where I am, I'd have to fire three more people or raise some prices and fire two."

The result is more unemployment or more inflation, or both.

Third, with the estate tax, Obama is calling for a top tax rate of 45 percent on estates valued above $3.5 million, producing an estimated "death tax" of $675,000 on an estate of $5 million. "You're kidding," he said. "They took half my income on the way up and now they want another half when I die?" He estimated that his business is already valued at more than $3 million, in addition to the value of his home and investments. "Why," he asked, "would I want to grow to 100 employees? What'll stop them from changing it to 75 percent?"

The cost in jobs that will never be created in the U.S. economy because of this single disincentive to growth? Incalculable.

Fourth, Obama's economic plan calls for a hike in the minimum wage to $9.50 an hour within three years. The business owner's reaction? "That's bad for two reasons. I don't have anyone at minimum, but raise the bottom by $3 and a guy making $15 wants $18. Plus it's bad for productivity when people think their pay raises are coming from government instead of from their own individual effort."

Fifth, saying he'll "play offense for organized labor," Obama is proposing that workers should be denied the right to a private ballot at work in deciding whether to unionize. "That'll never be," said the plumbing entrepreneur. "I'm in business because I'm independent, not to take orders from a grievance chairman. I'd shut down."

Sixth, the increase in taxes on this small business owner from Obama's proposed hike in the income tax rate from 36% to 39.8% on incomes above $200,000 and the proposed increase in Social Security taxes comes to $32,000 per year. "That's another employee," he said, referring to the termination of another installer in order to just stay even.

And the jobless plumbers? They can be re-socialized to work for ACORN.

As Obama explained in July: "We cannot continue to rely on our military to achieve the national security objectives we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded."

As "well funded" as our Armed Forces personnel comes to $119 billion per year in paychecks for "community activism," a lot of money for registering dead voters, caulking windows, making sure that all the guns are locked up at the municipal buildings, and monitoring the airways to make sure that conservatives don't have too many talk shows.

Bottom line, Obama's economic plan doesn't hold water. Neither will our pipes.
