Why Not Insult China?

I find it hard to understand how Obama and his team of clowns would insult China by saying they are manipulating their currency after the "fascism and communism," remarks made by Obama during his inaugural address. You do not bite the hand that feeds you. In the case of China, our government is and has been borrowing billions of that manipulated currency. If China pulls out of the financial structure here we will know what depression truely means both mentally and finacial.
Call Bush what you like but he did not tork off the people he begs from yet the almighty one feels he can say and do anything as the world falls at his feet. It is bad enough he plans to ignore the wants of the majority of Americans and push threw laws we do not want, stop drilling, allow our children to get abortions without our knowledge and placing thier health at risk. Now he ticks off China.
Yeap I see he is making great strides to unite our nation by telling the republican congress who they can't listen to if they want to be heard, totally ignoring the constitution after swearing to uphold it. Yes he is going to do great with his "Change". It is looking alot like a dictatorship, my way or no way and screw the people. Yeap I see a bright and glorious future caming our way.
So I see no reason why he shouldn't insult China. He has insulted Americans, republicans, and parents. So what is one more. I am just grateful I am old enough to know I wont have to live 40 to 50 years into the destruction of America and the REPUBLIC it once was. Once Obama and the Polosi/Reid squad finish with this country we will be a global order and have little chips under our skin for government control.
Yeap If China pulls out and doesn't loan or calls in their loans we as a nation are done. Just kiss it good bye.
Nite all and God bless.
What Is Going On?

History shows that if you raise taxes during a recession you end in depression yet that is what is going on. So why is congress and B.O. wanting to raise taxes? If we are smart enough to understand this then they must be. If you ask them they will tell you they are smarter than most of us so what is the reasoning behind raising the taxes?
Next you look at the ads on T.V. aimed at the elderly to let the fed. government pay them for their houses but they can continue to live there, (Let your house pay you ads). What is that about? Then we have the Cow Tax with the $17,500.00 permit and $175.00, $85.00, and $20.00 tax per which ever meat animal or milk animals you are raising. Farmers can not afford this so they will loose their farms to the feds for taxes owed if this bill goes threw. And we have the small businesses crumbling under the latest unemployment tax raises and more will be added while congress bails out and becomes owners of banks, lending agents, the auto industry and soon insurance companies.
Are we unwittingly being turned into a Socilistic country like Cuba, and Venezuela. Does our government not know it does not work? That the majority of the people are poor and live in shacks there? That production drops as well as creativity? If the government owns everything, as they seem to be tring to do, where will we be left? The stock market is going crazy, housing has dropped to a 3rd of what it was 6 months ago and jobs are leaving this country faster than we can count.
Do we want our way of life so altered we have to depend on a group of officials that can't stop arguing amoung themselfs long enough to do anything but give themselfs pay raises and raise our taxes to get them? Just what do we want for our future and our childrens? Has anyone thought this out? Can we not see that raising taxes on businesses cause them to close their doors? Just who will we work for if this continues? It will leave the government running everything because there will be nothing else here. Is this what we want? Look at the great job they have done in the last 2 years. Then think if Wal Mart is forced to go union. No cheap shopping left.
We all better wake up and see what is going on. I listened to the global warming bunk that changed to climate change, ( it's too soon to call it the ice age as they just went from how we were going to end up with God knows how hot a climate ), as we are going into a few years of cold weather again. Yet we do not catch on that the very people who are suppose to work for the better of all of us are working to make the most they can on their own investments. We are the last thing on their minds until an election year.
And we thought they were for the little guy. The poor and needy. We will know the truth too late as gas shoots up, they succeed in closing the coal energy plants, and instagate their investment in solar and wind. Our untilities will shoot up, along with food and everything else we need as jobs keep leaving our nation or failing. Poverty is ugly but it may end up in the majority of our back yards if our government does not stop their insanity. there comes a time when all good men and women need to speak up and remind our leaders who pays their way.

So Where Does It Go?

I have been thinking about the money the states and the government gets from diffrent revenues such as the lottery, taxes, tolls, food, cloths and what have you and where it goes. When you add it up the states get alot of money from lotto and taxes yet most are going belly up, have you ask yourselfs why and where all that money goes? I have and I still do. I know one thing for sure raising taxes on the businesses is not going to work and more taxes will be lost as more businesses leave so the states and government will go further into debt.
As for the government, well what can we say. With their ideas of bailing out their chosen companies and covering their behinds while still shoveling millions out to their pork projects we kind of know where it is going. The sad part is our taxes will go up and we all think that tax cut to 95% of us will be so great. Problem is we will pay at the pump with higher gas taxes we wont get back, we will pay higher social security we wont get back and higher prices for everything we buy that we wont get back but we will get a tax cut. Problem is what will it matter if it goes out in social security, and gas taxes?
Say you pay $24.00 a week in Social Security and Medicad taxes and they double, that $24 a week is $1,296 when doubled it becomes $2,592 because it doubled add that to the gas tax they want to add, 50% doesn't seem like alot until you do the math. If you use 20 gallons of gas a week you would times 9.4 cents times 20 times 4.5 times 12 which comes to another $101.52. Now add that to the doubled social security of 1,296.00 and you are now paying $1,307.52 more in taxes. But you will get $1000 or less back if you are in that 95% group. Got news, you will be out $307.52, (unless you add the total gas tax which comes to $300.24 adding another $198.72 bringing it to $506.24) at the end of the year, not to mention you have to pay back the little incentive check plus intrest they want to give you.
So what do you end up with? Something that sounds good but shafts you in the end. Pick which end you think it is. Some will be out even more. I think it is what you call a slight of hands trick. While one hand keeps your eyes and mind busy the other takes your money. Pick-pockets are good at it, they bump or chat at you while keeping you busy as they remove your wallet. Oh yeah they are promising you the moon but you are getting the swamp. All the time they are doing this more companies are shutting down and leaving the country or going belly up and more people are out of work and more taxes are lost and they have to figure out a new way to tax you.
On top of that they want to raise capital gains taxes, that is the tax on your 401K, stock ivestments,( which you already lost a bundle on if invested ), and lotto winnings if you get lucky. But that may not matter if the company you work for goes under. I hope you work for one they bail out because most small businesses will sink under the tax burdens they are piling on them. Unemployement alone has almost doubled on small businesses with the extentions they feds put on it for those not working while the states are running out of money for it anyway. Look at Mo they are almost out of money for theirs.
Then you have the states like NY and CA with the fat tax. Now that was funny. Most skinny people drink regular sodas so it should be the skinny tax. Then you have the state wanting to add a 28 cent more on the state tax for tabacco to balance their debts. Once again a small minority is ask to carry the burden for the majority.
It just goes on and on as if there is no end to taxes. By the way, if they find that the fat tax and the cig tax bails them out we may all find those taxes added to our state taxes. It goes without saying that if the social security cap is lifted it may just keep going up untill you end up with $24.00 a week in pay and the rest of your check will be taxes. Not to worry you will get $1000.00 or less at the end of the year, spend it wisely as it has to go along way.
There is good news, some govenment officals work 2 to 4 years and in their late 40's, early 50's get to retire and we pay them full retirement benifits until they die. We may not have any but they will. Shame we can't work for a company for 2 to 4 years and get full retirement the rest of our lifes. But what the heck, it isn't their money but ours so why should they care? But it does make me wonder where the rest of all that money goes. We know that at 18.4 cents per gallon of gas the government makes more than the oil company at 4 cents a gallon and the oil companies make billions. Don't say it is also the heating and motor oil cause that has a fed tax too and the oil companies also pay business taxes so the government makes more on oil than the oil companies. So where does it go?
Nite all and God bless.
As I see it there is an advantage to securing social security even at this late date. We all stand a better chance with the stock market crashing of having at least a dime to each dollar we invested in it where as with the congress we have now we will owe about twenty dollars for every dollar we invested in it. Congress will borrow from it until the 6th generation from now will still be bailing it out.
Personally I feel we are slowly being robbed by the very people elected to do what is "best" and in our "intrest" but have yet to do so. They have done what is "best" and in their "intrest" without a problem. Including insulting the people who elected them into office. We are stinky tourist according to Ried, and do not disagree with Pelosi or your head should be drilled.
So I guess we get four more years of higher taxes, fewer jobs, and more insults with a country that will owe more than the next three generations will be able to pay off. Way to go congress. Not to worry though, they have our social security to spend still. It is not secured because that was such a bad idea and they will protect it. Go it. Any one else believe that line? It is not secured because they can't spend it if it was. It was not the stock market they were worried about. No one said invest it in stock just secure it.
So how does it work with it unsecured? Oh yeah, they spend it and you get an IOU from congress. Now take that to the bank.
Nite all, merry Christmas, and God Bless.
Putting A Finger In The Dike

I guess math is not used in government. They still have not caught on that putting a finger in a dike does not fix the crack. The crack is still there and it is only going to get bigger. You can not put money into a business that has an overhead to run greater than it's income. It is along the lines of putting a bandaide on a gash that needs stitches. It wont work. The Big 3, banking and all the rest are still sinking even as congress tells us it is working. I am guessing they think we can not see what is going on.
Look at the companies losing money everyday. They are cutting back on employees, closing down alot of stores, shutting down alot of companies and still our economy is bleeding. Congress extended the unemployment and added more taxes onto to businesses as the business pays into unemployment. They added another burden onto an over burdened system. How does that help? More lost jobs, more unemployment and a larger crack.
When will they learn that when a thing is ruptured you have to repair it with more than a finger in a dike. You have to use math. Math runs computors, business, and budgets. It is what tallies our pay checks, and balances our bank book. You have to use it at some point and time when working with something that is based on math. All they need to do is reduce taxes on businesses, while some businesses make pay cuts and benifit cuts.
Trim down expences not raise them. If you go to the store with $100.00 you can not buy $200.00 in products. If you tried you could not pay the bill. You have to pick what is more important and congress does not get it. Right at this moment we need to create jobs and keep the ones we have. There are few out there without a job who would not be glad for anything rather than nothing. Unemployment is a real pay cut and it doesn't last long, while the benifits suck while on it.
If a company is not earning enough to stay open they are not earning enough for higher taxes, nor the ones they have now. Extended unemployment sounds good but the cost is far greater than the sound. We have companies closing down and when they extended the unemployment they hit the very people they say they want to help. What they need in government is a large group of men and women with knowlege of how businesses work and not people who never ran one and think they can fix it by throwing money into it.
Would you rather take a pay cut, lose a benifit, and keep a job or lose a job and see more companies fold? I know I sound like a know it all but I have family in business and their unemployment taxes just went up again. Some of them had to lay off more workers as they were not making a profit as it was. They talked to the employees and everyone agreed to pay cuts earlier in the year but even that was just a temp fix to prevent layoffs. Now they have to. Some have gone to just family working for them.
If I can figure this out I do not understand why congress can not. So they cut their spending for a few years and cut taxes on companies so they get a little relief to go on until we start our economy back up, who will this hurt? We have seen their plan fall flat on it's face with a resounding boom. Now it is time they rethink their stand on our economy and admit they are wrong before we have a BOOM heard world round.
Congress should take pay cuts and give up dining out, stop using jets to fly from point to point, have less holidays and do like the rest of us, tighten their belts not keep on spending like there is a money tree outside the White House. It is time to face facts, there is too much waiste and not enough brains in congress.
I think we need a closer look at what the Democrats back and the Republicans:
Date Vote Position 9/6/07 Vote 318: H R 2764: Brownback Amdt. No. 2707; To prohibit funding of organizations that support coercive abortion. Republicans Yes , democrats No, So we should be coerced into abortions.
7/19/07 Vote 262: On the Motion: Motion to Waive CBA Stabenow Amdt. No 2358; Relative to illegal aliens qualifying for Social Security benefits. Republicans No, Democrats Yes, So democrats feel our social security should go to illegals
6/19/07 Vote 213: H R 6: Bunning Amdt. No. 1628; To provide standards for clean coal-derived fuels. Republicans Yes, Democrats No, including Obama and Biden.
6/14/07
Vote 212: H R 6: Warner Amdt. No. 1566, As Modified; To authorize the State of Virginia to petition for authorization to conduct natural gas exploration and drilling activities in the coastal zone of the State. Democrats no, Republicans yes.
6/9/07 Vote 68: On the Cloture Motion: Motion to Invoke Cloture on Cornyn Amdt. No. 312, As Modified; To prohibit the recruitment of persons to participate in terrorism, to clarify that the revocation of an alien's visa or other documentation is not subject to judicial review, to strengthen the Federal Government's ability to detain dangerous criminal aliens, including murderers, rapists, and child molesters, until they can be removed from the United States, to prohibit the rewarding of suicide bombings and allow adequate punishments for terrorists murders, kidnappings, and sexual assaults, and for other purposes. Democrats no, Republicans yes
3/13/08 Vote 60: S CON RES 70: Sessions Amdt. No. 4231; To establish a deficit-neutral reserve fund for border security, immigration enforcement, and criminal alien removal programs. Republicans Yes, Democrats No, so controlling illegals and the criminal aliens are not the Democrat's problem.
3/13/08 Vote 61: On the Motion: Motion to Waive C.B.A. Cornyn Amdt. No. 4242; To protect the family budget by providing for a budget point of order against legislation that increases income taxes on taxpayers, including hard-working middle-income families, entrepreneurs, and college students. Republicans Yes, Democrats No, so the Democrats claim they want to watch out for middle and lower incomes but this is their votes.
3/13/08 Vote 66: S CON RES 70: Allard Amdt. No. 4232; To pay down the Federal debt and eliminate government waste by reducing spending 5 percent on programs rated (as mandated under the Government Performance and Results Act (Public Law 103-62)) ineffective by the Office of
Management and Budget Program Assessment Rating Tool. Republicans Yes, Democrats No, So they don’t want to cut down on wasteful spending either.
This is from a site that post the voting of congress memebers and the parties votes. It show how their party as a whole feels and how the person voting voted. So this is what Democrats actually feel as versus Republicans and you can go look it up and see the same results. By the way Obama and Biden voted with their party on these Bills.

Forget party lines and think. Now if you lift the cap on social security and you pay $25 a week and it is doubled, ( I am including medicare with this), you will pay an additial $1350 and you get a tax reduction but you already get all your taxes back so you get a rebate if you are low income of $300 more than you paid in Fed taxes you still will be out $1050 more in taxes than you got back. You all would have to get at least $1300 in rebates every year to make up for lifting the cap on social security. So your tax break becomes a tax joke as the social security ate up that tax cut.
Then we look at the businesses and the rich, they have to pay the additional social security, businesses for every employee, so if the business has 100 employees they have to match the origianal social security as you have and the new so you add $13,500 in taxes there, add that to the other $13,500 they already pay and it is $27,000, raise their Fed taxes to 39%, about 5% more than they pay now that would be about another $200,000 dollars, add a tax for windfall, which I doubt they even break even now, and ask yourselfs this, if you owned a business would you stay here and pay 1/2 of your earnings in taxes, 1/8 in matinance and the rest in wages?
Or would you do as all the other businesses are doing, and get the heck out of Dodge? What makes sence to you, losing money or making money? Being a person who likes math and can relate it to facts I can tell you the smart business will move to Indea, Mexico, or another country where labor is cheap, taxes are low, and unions do not exsist, and there are no insurances to pay for. I would go for the figures that put the + on my income and not the - to it.
So we have a guy who was a boss and earned that $255,000 but now his income is less than yours because his job as well as yours is in Indea. Hmmm, now what? Well not to worry that add social security is going to pay congress their wages, insurances, and retirements and as for you, well what jobs are left go to the lowest bidder, who will take the less and work the hardest.
Supply and demand has made jobs few and employees abundant so now the job does not give benifits and if the union steps in they don't have to worry there are thousands of people who need their jobs and they do not have to cave in because of a strike. So you got your tax break kind of, but what do you have to show for it? Free medical? From whom? They went where the money is and it isn't here. That is how math works. Only the people who want to lose money and are a charity will be here, the ones who are out to make money are gone. Do the math.
I was reading the Rasmussen polls and got to thinking how funny they are. Of the people ask if McCain and Obama could survive on a deserted Island, 52% said McCain could and 19% said Obama could. Then when ask if you had to make a tough decession who would you go to? 50% to 34% would go to McCain, of their parties, 74% would go to Obama and 11% to McCain, 89% would go to McCain and 2% would go to Obama.
When ask about who would get things done or be a talker, 49% said Obama would be a talker and 34% a doer while McCain was 30% talker and 54% doer. Then we had the question of who is qualified. 72% of Republicans said McCain was very qualified campared to the 57% of Democrats who thought Obama was.
So my question to the 43% of Democrats and the 28% of Republicans who are you voting for and why if they think their candidate is not qualified. And If 26% of Obama's supporters would not go to him if they had to make a tough decission then why are they voting for him and the 11% who wouldn't go to McCain why are they voting for him? But most of all if only 34% of the total polled people would go to Obama for advice on a tough decission they why are so many voting for him compared to 50% to McCain? And why are they voting for McCain.
If 54% of the polled people think McCain will get things done compared to 34% thinking Obama will, then why are they voting for Obama. It is kind of funny to me that so many Democrats think Obama is not qualified to be president but are determined to vote for him. Polls are funny, when you do not see the people and they answer honestly you find out how they really think.
But the part that got me is 20% more think McCain can handle terrorist at a time we have to handle just that then think Obama can. Now that is not funny.
Change, Coins Or Actions?

Political
We have heard both Demaocrtic and Republican parties speaking about change but in actuality if you look at their records one is talking the talk and the other is walking the walk.
Let's look at the facts, taking the cap off social security without a secure fund allows congress to dip into more funds from our pockets as that is a tax we can not get back. McCain voted to put it in a secured fund Obama did not. One wants the same old politics, take our money and spend, the other wants to change and put our money where it CAN NOT be touched. You can see which one that is. Then we have the tax breaks for 95% of us and 5% get higher taxes, sounds good, but it is old socialism and it wont work as it was tried and failed. It will tear our ecconomy down as it did during the depression.
Next we have government waste, Pork barrell and or earmarks, earmarks are old politics, McCain is and has been against them from the begining where as Obama has backed over 800 billion in pork spending when our country is deeply in debt, 800 billion would pay our countries debts and next years debts. So we have old Washington politics and change, figure out which is trying to make change and who has settled into old politics with a resounding bang.
We have lobbiest and special intrest they represent, Obama says he is againt them yet he picks a running mate whose son, Hunter, is one of Washintons biggest representitives of lobbiest. It is what Biden's son does, and it is old Washington while McCain wants lobbing made illegal. Figure out the change with that one.
Look at the money for the bridge to nowhere, when the money was to go back to congress and be used for hurricane victims who voted no and pushed it for AK, Obama and Biden. Yet they are yelling the loudest about it. No change there. Vote to waste money then blame the other party. What and where are these changes?
Now both McCain and Obama want to use wind, natural gas, solar, and water but McCain is also for clean coal, oil and Nuclear power and has voted for the funds to expand all these areas while Obama voted no. It is easily looked up. Where is the change here?
Now Obama wants us to listen to his message of change while he pratices old Washington politics. On a rating of 100% for less government waste voted for to 0% for most McCain is rated 100% while Obama has a rating of 10%, meaning he has a 90% rate of wasting our tax dollars, and his running mate Biden comes in at 0% the hightest rate of wasting our money. Palin has no rating as she is a govenor and can not request pork no matter what is said. Where is the change?
So all the promises in the world are just words but the actions of the person speaks volumes. I have seen what both Obama and McCain have done versus what they say. The news flash is Obama is not for change. He is old Washington and plans to stay there. There is no change in Obama's policies. Tax the rich and watch the jobs go. Tax the companies and watch the companies go. This is old politics at it's best, promise the stars knowing we can not realisticly give them.
In the end we get more taxes and less of what was promised. The promises are used because they worked the first time around and people voted for the freebies. Well where are they? Not here because even then they saw that finaces would not stretch to them. If we are deeper in debt now than we were then how do you think they are possible now? The best we can do is vote for the people we see actually trying to make real changes that can be done and not the ones that will destroy our nation by putting us into deeper debt.
Well enough said, Nite all and God Bless.
Cause and Effect

Watching the news over the last few months I notice the effect of high gas prices are going to cause alot of road problems we all may not like. If the revenue from gas taxes are use to repair roads, to buy salt and to pay road crews and the states can not do all this now because people like Pelosi, Reid, Obama and other go greenies will not allow us to drill and get these prices down then how will we get to work this winter if it really snows?
Effect of driving less due to high price is less revenue, less money for the needs or our states, less people working, more lost income and on and on. Does anyone see what is going on? We are , as a nation, going deeper into debt buying 800+ billion dollars in oil that we could be drilling here for and creating jobs, while at the same time lowering the price of gas. Yet instead we are spending money our country does not have to buy from countries like Russia and building their ecconomy along with China's while ours crumbles.
Every action has a reaction, every cause an effect. The actions of congress by blocking the vote on drilling so our ecconomy keeps it's down hill spiral is shown in the effect or job loses due to high fuel cost, construction has slowed due to the prices of building materials, you can not build for the same amount as you could so you have to charge more but the houses are the same size and their value has dropped, so the people do not buy the houses, so the workers have little or no work and the crews are cut.
The stores are begining to lose sales because the jobs are dwindleing and soon will be cutting back on hours and employees. The action, or lack of one, is what is creating the reaction of people cutting back to survive, the cause is high gas, the effect is our ecconomy tanking. This will be even more apparent when winter hits and we run out of salt because due to less driving we have less revenue which means less salt, less road repairs and less money to pay for workers much less over time.
When will the people we pay to look out for our intrest see this? When will they stop playing this stupid game and think with their brains and not with their childish I'm right your wrong attitude. Do the democrats really think that we as a nation are full of people who will not begin to reason this out? Soon the states will have to add a tax some place to make up revenue to do what has to be done in order for those of us with a job can go to work to earn the money to pay the taxes to go to work and still pay the do nothing congress to get paid and go on vacation and peddle their stupid books.
When will we as a nation not realize that government land is the land of the people and we are the people and not Congress. With a little luck most of us will wake up and vote these morons out. We have to take a stand for our rights and not for what they say are our rights. We have the right to be heard, otherwise we are living under the rule of government without a say. That is not U.S. but U.S.S.R. where the government tells us what is best. A taste of communism.
Do you now see why communism does not work for a country? The government does not always know what is best for the rest.
God bless and good nite.

Now we all know that Biden has claimed his wife, Neilia and infant daughter were killed by a drunk driver while out Christmas shopping. The truth is far from the sympathy votes this man wants to gain using the memory of his deceased wife and child. the truth is the driver of the truck was not drunk, the brakes were good and it was a tragic accedent that sometimes happens.
http://www.delawaregrapevine.com/12-07bidencrash.a
sp
This tells what happened and that no charges were brought against the man driving. Luckily the poor fellow has gone to meet his maker after suffering from knowing he had killed two humans even if it was an accedent. The man did not have to listen to his name be slandered by Biden. The sad thing is his daughters did. They had to listen to Biden lie about their father and it make national news and NOT one form of media has stressed that Biden lied about these girls father.
Now we all know if McCain had said something so outragous the media would of had a field day, just as they are over Palin as his VP pick. Now I ask you which of the two VP picks is the worse? One who would use his infants death and that of his wife to further his career or the woman who is governer of Alaska and trying to run an honest campaign? A man whose son is a lobbiest and who has helped his son and his intrest or the woman who wants to end lobbiest and pork barrels? Personally when Biden lied about the tragidy that happened so many years ago in order to gain votes my stumic turned.
Who Is Paying What?

I love how Politicians say they want to give the people of our country this and that free. Well seeing as not a one of them plans to pay out of pocket for one single thing they are promising someone else will be paying it. So I think we need to look at who is paying what.
First we look at who does not get their taxes all back and some who pay even more than what is deducted, mind you if you get your federal taxes back plus some you are excluded because taxes actually pay for everything on this list. The higher incomes and businesses foot the bill for the list below and more.
1. Federal Pell Grant for lower incomes to go to college
2. All politicians paychecks
3. Welfare Checks
4. Food Stamps
5. Medicade
6. Military Paychecks
7. All utilities for govenment buildings
8. Government Parks
9. Aid to foriegn countries
10. Aid to our states during a disaster
11. Medicade
12. 300+ billion on illegals
13. 800+ billion to buy foriegn oil
14. 17.5 billion on pork
15. Low income housing
16. Retirement for all government officals
17. Insurance for all government officals
18. Business meals for govenment officials
20. F.B.I.
21. CIA
22. All business trips for government officials
23. Gas for all government vehicals
24. Vacation pay for all Politians
25. Veteran Benifits
And the list goes on and on. All these things and more a small group of Americans pay for and now some of us feel no shame in asking them to pay out even more. When did we, as a nation, begin the taxation without representation? We fought the British to become free of unfair taxes yet we want to do the same thing to our own people.
These added taxes, some politicians want the higher income and businesses to pay, are for things some of us feel we are owed. When did anyone owe something to some one for nothing? Will you give 36.5% to 39.5% of your income to federal taxes, then your state taxes, then your soical security and medicare taxes? It comes to half or better of your income every paycheck. Will you give half of what you earn so some one else can have?
If you are willing to give up half your pay then so you can but it will be your choice not some one else forcing you to give to charities you do not want to give to. Why not drill here and save that 800 billion, stop supporting illegals save that 300+ billion, stop the pork and save that 17.5 billion and use it to fund some of these programs. Why not pay for their own gas, meals, and medical like the rest of us do?
Just my thoughts on the matter.
Once upon a time the democratic party was for the working class people but here recently I am wondering what is up with the democrats. I have been listening to them and watching their actions and I am wondering what has happened to the democratic party.
They freed up the social security so it could be wasted knowing it was a retirement plan for the lower income working class. They added taxes to it and voted to keep them. When their candidate lost they devolped the super delegates. Super deligates were started to make sure that the voters did not pick someone the DNC did not want. By doing this they have nulled the Americans vote.
They have decided we do not need to drill for our own oil despite the over whelming majority of voters who want just that. Now we have reach a time in the world where we have created a monster named Russia, because they have developed their oil industry while we buy from them and so do other nations. We can not afford to go to war because we are too poor to afford it.
Still no vote on oil. Do they not realize that we as a nation need to be self sufficant. Can we allow the state of our nation to continue down this path of self destruction? Russia is what it is from it's great wealth gained by oil and has slowly grown into a threat to not only Georgia but our nation as well.
Democrats have become more of an insane parent thinking they know what is best for everyone and have forgotten who they are suppose to represent. They ignore the peoples choices in favor of what they think is best for us. We need to halt the insanity and remind them they are not our parents but are suppose to be working for us.
They have taken to kicking out delegates that do not back them, they threaten democrats and dictate what media stations a politican who is a democrat can and can not go on. They have radicals that threaten people who write about their candidate unfavorably and the list goes on. They harbor hatred for republicans, even encourage people to despise and hate our own president.
What is up with them? They have a bias media that goes out of its way to edit republican politians to the point of fiction and people believe it. They want to shut down any media that does not always report pro-democratic. They refuse to admit the surge worked and they keep pushing we lost. I do not understand how the democratic party has gone so far down the hill. They do not see how much damage they are doing.
The most offensive thing I have heard them do was make the statement they would never work with a republican President. They were not elected to choose who they would or would not work with but to help keep our courty a great and powerfully safe one. Sitting on your bums and slinging words of world peace and love is not my idea of running a country. The world is not going to be filled with joy and love as long as there are men who want to rule every nation.
So what is up with the DNC?

Sen. Obama voted in favor of the Akaka Amendment (SA 1186) to S. 1387 The Akaka Amendment would exempt children of Filipino World War II veterans naturalized pursuant to the Immigration Act of 1990 from numerical limits on worldwide immigration. This additional exemption from caps on visa issuance would serve only to increase the flow of immigration into the United States. The Akaka Amendment passed by a vote of 97 to 9.
Sen. Obama voted in favor of a motion to invoke cloture and bring S. 1639, the “corrected and updated” version of S. 1348, the guestworker-amnesty bill that would grant an amnesty, would authorize the importation of millions of new foreign workers, and would do little to curb our illegal immigration crisis, to the Senate floor. Two weeks prior to this vote, the Senate rejected cloture on the “grand bargain” substitute amendment to S. 1348 by a 45-50 margin, thus halting – for the time being – the bill’s progress toward final passage. President Bush then stepped in to plead with Senate Republicans to give the “compromise” another look and Senate Majority Leader Reid then brought the proposal back to the Senate as a new bill, S. 1369. The motion to invoke cloture passed by a vote of 64 to 35.
