Why is the Obama Campaign so upset at Hillary over this picture?

Barack Obama

Even if  Clinton operatives did release this picture...why the uproar?

What do Obama's supporters find so offensive?

"The Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) found that suicide rates among children, women and men of all ages are higher in states where more households have guns.

Suicide attempts using firearms, which constitute just 5% of all fatal and non-fatal attempts, are highly lethal--more than  90% of all suicidal acts by firearm are fatal.

By comparison, individuals who use drugs to attempt suicide, which constitute 75% of all attempts, die in the attempt less than 3% of the time."

So we come to the conclusion that a gun is a much more "successful" way to kill yourself ...than some other options.

Did you have to go to Harvard to figure that out?

We can also come to the conclusion that people without access to broken glass, knives and razor blades.... are far less apt to slit their wrist using those items.

That People who don't have access to the roof of the Empire State Building.......don't  jump off of it.

I can guarantee the Boys at Harvard that a fall from the Empire State Building will have a higher mortality rate  (probably much closer to 100%) compared to the mortality rate of firearms (around 90%).

And my study won't cost the taxpayers anything.

So is the Harvard Study going to "RECOMMEND" increased security around the Empire State Building and the Liberty Memorial (it too has a 100% mortality rate).

I've heard that more women, children and men drown in swimming pools at homes that have swimming pools...then at homes that don't have swimming pools....quick, someone call Harvard.

What are we doing in Iraq?

We have no business in Iraq...they didn't fly planes into our buildings.

I always wondered why we were fighting Germans in WWII...they didn't bomb Pearl Harbor.

Why were we fighting in Africa, Italy, Germany, France, Poland?

What was that MAD- MAN Roosevelt thinking?

Surely no one in the United States thought Hitler was a threat...except that WAR MONGERING.... Franklin "the gimp" Roosevelt.

I mean just because Al Gore and Bill Clinton were preaching the dangers of Saddam and made claims that Iraq had "WMD's" ...why in the world would any one believe them.

I never believe anything my government tells me...I eat lead paint...I double-park in front of orphanages...I tear the labels off of mattresses.

Things are worse today because George W. Bush  PICKED A FIGHT with the Fascist Muslim terrorist.

In the 1985 after the hijacking of the cruise ship Achille Lauro on which a wheelchair-bound American was killed...we did nothing and the terrorist left us alone.

In 1993 when Muslim Fascist first attacked the World Trade Center, we ignored them and everything was fine....until June of 1996 when they killed 19 Americans in Dhahran.

But we ignored them...until Aug. 1998 when they bombed the U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania. The blasts kill 264 people.

But everything was fine because we ignored them...until Oct. 2000 when they killed 17 men on the USS Cole.

When will people understand that the World will live in peace if we just leave the terrorist ALONE.

Why didn't that BED-WETTING Roosevelt wait for Hitler to come to the United States...like the Japs did?

Roosevelt should have been invading Japan the next day.

Instead he let that nit-wit Eisenhower pick and choose our Battlefields...just what the hell were they thinking.

Now were going to be in Iraq for 50 years....that's ridiculous.

Can you imagine The US having a military presence in a country for 50 years after a war...(besides Germany and Japan).

I bet if we just immediately pull all our troops out of the Battlefield...that the terrorist will leave us alone...just like they did before.

What do you think?

I'm still waiting to hear what those two RETARDED GIRLS did to the Muslim Extremist that caused the terrorist to strap bombs to them...I'm sure those girls had it coming.

Let's all be just be thankful that they didn't WATERBOARD those girls.

from JAMESTU: THE OPINIONIST :

"THERE ARE MORE THAN FOUR MILLION  ALIEN  ABDUCTIONS ON EARTH EVERY YEAR... PLUS OUT OF THIS ONE MILLION ALIEN ABDUCTIONS IN THE UNITED STATES  REPORTED  BY  LOCAL POLICE.....there are more than eighty three thousand reports of alien abductions every month in the United States..."

Jim,

It would have been nice had you left an opportunity for others to comment on this subject.

The United States appears to have a disproportionate number of abductions relative to the World population...

So I can only guess that Aliens (whether Illegal or Extraterrestrial ) enjoy the company of Americans.

Plus a Superior Intelligent Life Form would be far more apt to choose subjects with good hygiene when it finally comes down to a thorough probing.

I have never been abducted or know anyone that has.

Anybody out there been abducted or know anyone that has?

I'm not talking about seeing a UFO... I'm talking about a Close Encounter of the Intimate Kind.

The statistics given for the number of Alien Abductions seem...well...out of this world.

A ballot initiative is underway in Missouri to eliminate  "Affirmative Action" programs in the State.

If passed it would eliminate affirmative action for women and minorities in university admissions and in the awarding of state contracts.

Secretary of State Robin Carnahan objects to the petition titled - - the Missouri Civil Rights Initiative.  She is upset that no where in the petition does it state  that  "it would eliminate affirmative action".

What it does state is that the initiative is aimed to "ban discrimination based on race or gender".   The Secretary finds that language misleading and is challenging its wording.

Don't be surprised if you are asked to sign this petition in order for it to be placed on the November ballot.

Sunday on the ABC program “This Week”,  George Stephanopoulos asked Hillary Clinton whether she would garnish people’s wages to pay for National Health Care.

Mrs. Clinton responded, “George, we will have an enforcement mechanism, whether it’s that or it’s some other mechanism through the tax system or automatic enrollments.”

Mrs. Clinton argues that her plan, because of its mandate, would achieve universal coverage while Mr. Obama’s would not.

About 20 percent of the uninsured have household incomes of $75,000 or more, according to the Census Bureau,  meaning they can afford coverage but prefer not to purchase insurance.

Mrs. Clinton argues that these “free riders” impose a hidden tax on the insured because their uncompensated care must be factored into medical charges and insurance rates.

                     * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

Health Care providers can garnish the wages of the "free riders" for any uncompensated care today...they sue you.

I always thought that our County Hospitals (Truman Medical, etc.) provided for those who could not pay.  Our County Property Taxes are funding these hospitals and mental health facilities.

Do you think this Universal Care is going to be any better than Medicare?

And don't we already have Medicaid?

Once everyones wages get "garnished" into this system, do you believe that will lead to lower healthcare cost?

Or do you suppose the government will just "garnish" a greater amount of your wages?

What's going on here?

When I was in school the closest a teacher got to a student was at the end of a ruler.

My teachers were pretty old...probably 39 or older.

Hey, when I was a kid there wasn't much difference between someone 39 or 79...they were OLD.

But I know one thing, none of my teachers were college cheerleaders.

I never thought that teachers (Let alone my parents) even had sex!!!

Hopefully this Latino organization can find an illegal immigrant to sit on the Kansas City Parks Board.  The idea of a 70 year old grandmother having that much power frightened me from the day see was appointed.  Old women who believe in laws should not be trusted.

But I am a bit surprised that a Latino Civil Rights group that preaches diversity would recommend a Hispanic instead of someone more diverse then themselves.  Perhaps diversity loses some of its meaning when it is translated into Spanish.  I guess I should phone their headquarters and press (1) and have them explain it to me.

It might help to point out that the current chairman of the KC Parks Board, who was appointed by the Mayor (and his wife), IS Hispanic.

Any ideas on diversity...perhaps a bi-sexual Ethiopian albino.
