What a joke, this so call plan to tax retention bonuses ,even if it did pass,which I doubt ,could it pass constitutional muster.
Besides that, theres at least 50 ways to lose your lover, no wait thats wrong ,I mean theres at least 50 ways you can earn a "Bonus"

Ask your Congressman ,he`s an expert on creativeness.

Do you really think Congressmen salary is their only income for being a Congressman??

If you check their pants ,you will see they have no pockets.

I wrote that yesterday. Today, I thought I would add this...

I didn`t know the House of Representatives were that evil.

First they put the language in AIG contract,now when they are caught in their lie they are using their Oath of office to cover their lie.

I wonder, is that what the Constitution means under, Article 2 , Section 4 , when it come to "High Crimes and Misdemeanors"
