The child rapist and killer, Schawb,  was executed yesterday.  I guess this was suppose to be done some time ago but he argued that "quote" from CNN - Schwab, 39, challenged Florida's new procedure, claiming it could also cause pain and suffering.

I don't get it...he kidnapped, raped, and killed an 11 year old boy.  Did he not think was he did caused pain and suffering????  Good grief!  Unbelievealbe what criminals can agrue.

I didn't quite believe it till I read it.  What is Dr Phil thinking?  I always liked Dr. Phil and had respect for him.  But I heard someone talking about his show bailing out one of the girls that was involved in the U Tube beating and I heard some others make the comment that Dr. Phil is turning into Jerry Springer.

I am not sure if I caught all of this new flash.  From my understanding Paul Morrison had an affair that he admits too with Linda Carter.  This affair started way before Paul decided to leave his attorney general position.   He later gained information from Lina about Phil Kline when Phil took office.  From what I have read and heard she is charging him with sexual harassment.  Why?  Did they are did they not have this affair consensually.  He bought her an expensive engagement ring.  They both talked about leaving their spouses and getting married.  Where is the harassment?  Have I missed something?

I can't decide what I should and should plan for the weekend.  One minute we are getting a mix of snow and rain and they are saying it is going to be cold.  The next mintue they are saying rain and in the 50's.  People at work who listen to different stations are wondering who to believe and where are the weather men are getting their information from.

Does anyone have an opion on what they think will happen???

Has anyone read or heard about the newest toy recall.  It is contaminated with the date rape drug.  What in the world is going on?  Obviously importing toy is not working here!  What is it going to take for the US to stop it?  This is getting to the point that it seems deliberate.

There were two more people arrested with crimes that involved children.  The St. Jo social worker said he isn't a pedophile or a  predator, he made a mistake.  Give me a break!  Mistakes are made when you get an answer wrong on math homework, mistakes are made when you are baking a cake and forget the eggs.  Looking at child porn and distributing it is NOT A MISTAKE.  You are a sick person and a pervert!

The Pleasant Valley cop that had the ongoing sexual relationship with a 13 year old girl for years.  And other sicko.  You just never know who you might walk past, share and elevator with, or give pulled over by. 

How could anyone hurt a child!

I am a dog lover!  I have had dogs all my life.  I am the first one to get on my soap box when I have heard of an animal being abused.  I know any dog at any time can bite.  But it just baffles me why anyone would want to have a dog in their home that has a known character to be viscous and dangerous.  To go a step further why would you keep a dog that has attacked before?  Wouldn't that scare you?

I am not ditching on people that own Pit Bulls or Mastiff's (just to give an example of known dogs that have attacked) I just want to understand why.

Did anyone read on CNN about the teen that killed his parents because he felt he disappointed them?  What the!!

I was suprised when I heard that Daniel Porter has been in prison and not in the general population!  All this time the courts have been protecting him.  Quotes from Fox4 - Bill Wilcox, family friend, said Sunday's search began after Porter felt threatened by moving into the general prison population.  "I think that would make the tongue loosen up a little bit," Wilcox said. "Get you out of a luxury cell and make you feel like a real criminal."

Did anyone else know that he was being kept safe and secure?  Apparently, he killed his kids and he is afraid for his life.  Come on!

Prayers for their mother in this tragic time.

From the war in Iraq and bring the troops home to the price of gas to the rise in crime and less punishment, it has made my trust and confidence in the people we elect to public office almost null.  Some where some how someone has got to bring our world under control.  At this point I could care less if they are democrat or republican, and trust me I have been a sworn republican all my life.  There has to be someone out there with a brain and integrity that can begin this process.  Right now there isn’t anyone running for President I care to vote for.  It is going to take more than just one person it is going to take many working together.  How can we teach our political figures to all play on the same team for the same greater goal to make the U.S.A safe and secure?
