The child rapist and killer, Schawb, was executed yesterday. I guess this was suppose to be done some time ago but he argued that "quote" from CNN - Schwab, 39, challenged Florida's new procedure, claiming it could also cause pain and suffering.

I don't get it...he kidnapped, raped, and killed an 11 year old boy. Did he not think was he did caused pain and suffering???? Good grief! Unbelievealbe what criminals can agrue.

Florida botched an execution sometime back. I didn't think their moritorium was any challenge to the Supreme Court. I heard they accidently plugged their electric chair into a GFI circuit.

You know, I have a VERY hard time feeling sorry for anyone who harms a child ... I DON'T feel their pain.
It is my personal belief that people who rape and kill children should get the death penalty. I am appalled at the supreme court for their decision on this. Believe me, I think if it were put to a public vote, there would be a different answer.

mzjazz you are right, if put to a public vote there is a better chance the answer would have been different. The thing is, when these people get to the state or federal lock up they get assigned. It normally only takes them getting to general population for them to be taken care of. Personally I thing they should be castorated or sewn shut and returned back to public for the freak they are

That's funny ralex,by the way,is it really ralex or is it relax?just wondering.These people that kill and prey on children assuming their 100% guilty should be put to death with-in 30 days.Never returned by to public,you can still rape a child if your casturated.Just return them to population in prison,casturated.
