Congratulations to the dems.  I am officially ashamed of the American Public.  With all of the controversy, all of the known facts, how could so many people be so stupid?  Most of you voted for a tv commercial.  Shame on you.  Obama bought this presidency point blank.  Don't bother replying, your comments are not going to sway my opinion of this nitwit we elected.  Those of you who say race isn't a factor, you are flat dumb.  Most of the innercity votes came from blacks that have never voted before. Why now????  If they haven't voted before, Why now?  Only one answer, He is black.

Maybe you will see in four years what we have done.

I am sickened that a lying, cheating, thug could have hijacked this election. Too bad I am not rich enough to go country shopping. Apparently a large portion of the American public is too ignorant and will just overlook the faults of a candidate that lies, cheats, is a racist, etc etc.

I am also sickened by what has happened!! I plan on saving every cent I have if any after he takes office and moving as far away from this doomed country as possible!! I am sad to say that I am sorry to call myself an American I did not realize how many stupid people actually do live in this country!! He is a liar and hopefully for those who actually have to remain in this country not worse.

You idiot's were sad before this election. You are too stupid to even realize how messed up the republicans have made this country.Since you aren't smart enough to make the change yourself then WE'll do it for you.

I think the idiots are the ones who are to stupid to realize the DUMBOCRATS have been in control in both houses for the last two years when gas was out of control, food prices went up drastically, and the economy tanked. Oh yeah the dumbocrats did that too by forcing banks to give home loans to people who couldn't afford them. But oh yeah dumbocrats are too stupid to realize that.

I am really disappointed. I am deeply saddened that Obama won. I just know we are going to be doomed because of his past/present ties he has with terrorists. The offhanded comments he's made. You think things are bad now with the economy? We will be BLEEP raped by the higher taxes. Small business owners will go under because they cant afford the taxes and there goes thousands of jobs. People who cant afford to insure their kids will now get fined because of it? Are you kidding me? Its really sad and it makes me mad.

It has already got response from the foreign European countries, who are in disbelief that he is in office with a name like "Obama". Now some of my ol blogs are starting to make sense about the Italians and others being driven back to their homeland, huh? Many thought those "ranches" that are armed did not exist either, what did they find in Grain Valley, last week, huh? Yeah buddy, do shoot the messager.

Hmmmm..... it was a landslide folks. That is a mandate for change. It is a mandate from the majority of American People that believe that Bush and the Republican Party have truly damaged this country.

If your so blind that you can't see that. And if you don't understand how this system works, then there is NO hope for you.

The international markets are certainly celebrating an Obama victory," said Jack Ablin, chief investment officer at Harris Private Bank in Chicago. "From the world perspective, Obama is perceived as a better candidate and I think they are voting with their dollars."

Interesting comments.

I would not be so head strong in mixing stupidity with race. To make a mix like this is a huge error from my prospective.

As for people, having voting remorse, only time can tell.

In todays political climate, our last three presidents did not leads from the traditional definition leadership. They took their cues from a business MBA program. When they made mistakes or got something wrong, they never said they were sorry or ask for help to mend up the problem. They got on their big CEO white horse and try to create a personal empire where if you have a dissenting thought with leadership you were no longer needed. This creates division and it creates fakers.

I am still not thrilled with either candidate -

Not thrilled with Obama's inexperience in a time of conflict overseas with religious fanatics; not thrilled with McCain's liberal past history either - Time will tell.

I think all of us; regardless of who we supported, must be open-minded and try to remain INTERESTED in what Obama does with the task of governing the country.

If Obama does well, then I applaud him; if not, I recall we have had more than one unpleasant Presidency and we will survive this one too.

Kudos Kudos to BOTH candidates for very gracious and moving speeches last night.

Obama - We're all watching and waiting ...

Peace

Congratulations to you who were for Barrack
Obama. There are more elections in two
years, and if Obama isn't a good President,
we can vote him out in four years. I hope
he does well. If not, God is still in control.

I know you all will call me a racist; go ahead. But this was a landslide because black people who never took an interest in voting before lined up to register to vote for a "brother", not because of issues, but that they wanted to make sure they got their piece of every hard worker's "wealth". Don't tell me I don't know what I'm talking about either. I'm at the library every week and there were long lines at the voter registration tables. These weren't just young people registering because they could now vote. They were all ages deciding to vote because there was a black guy running.

Oh, and before you want to call me a fanatic right wing conservative, I split my ticket yesterday.

Isn't it funny, now the people who gave us "bush haters" crap the last 8 years are now wearing the shoes...what a bunch of hypocrites!!!!!!! Obama won in a landslide, not in a stolen election that took weeks to decide, get over it, a BLACK guy won, the old white guy and the NITWIT from Alaska lost!!! Now get off your damn computers and do something!!!!!!

I wish all the people who claim to be leaving the country because they were unhappy with results, would actually leave.

I am a bulldog owner/breeder in Missouri. I believe the country has been taken over by politicians that do not care for the general public. That Change is definately needed but by people with common sense instead of our choices that we have to vote for.
