I see on the country road Jacks Hamburger bags, cases of empty beer bottles, drink cups, and all just thrown out like pitching it into your neighbors’ front yard. I’ve lived in many other places too, and I don’t see it like it is here. I’d like to see a $1,500.00 fine for any public littering on Alabama, outside a city limit, and let the cities set any fine they approve above $1,000.00 is ok with me.
Kids are taught this crappy behavior by their parents. You have good parents that care, I can tell cause you have concern about it. Grow up and go to the legislature and fix it please—like you are trying to fix it in your blogg. Heck! At a church I know, I had seen on several occasions, youth deliberately tossing trash on the ground, IN FRONT OF THE TRASH CAN! It’s a thing about putting it in the can ain’t cool. Huh? I temporarily put a sign up sayin’, “Can YO!” , and they stopped it, but very too much trash in Alabama— YO!
