FISA expanded into law, nevermind privacy

Illegal search and seizure is (or was) opposed by the Constitution; such as warrantless wiretapping, has been okayed through the senate and is now law. And no, a FISA court issueing a company an immunity certificate doesn't pass as a warrant. A Congressional investigation even showed that part of the reason the Sept. 11th attacks took place was because the intelligence community failed to make use of surveilance programs it allready had. Despite overwhelming evidence that FISA did not need to be expanded, Congress was happy to pass it onto the Senate, effectivley weakening the rights of Americans under the guise that it is increasing our security.

Doesn't the President and members of Congress have to swear an Oath to defend the Constitution? And with all the social scientists, psychologists and resources these guys have to get into office, let alone all the military and government resources avalable once in office, isn't there a better way to combat the 'war on terror' without destoying the Constitution? The most sacred and divinley inspired document in American history, these men have subposedly taken an Oath to defend?

Yes, BUSH placed his hand on the bible and swore to defend, protect and preserve the constitution.

And he did the oppose, our gov has done exactly what they told us the terrorists wanted to do.

The constitution is the agreement between the people and the elected officials and they broke their agreement and cant just make laws that erase the constitution.

BUT THEY ARE.

They are gunna force another revolution.
THEY CANT DEFEAT 300 MILLION AMERICAN PEOPLE IF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE ALL WAKE UP IN TIME.

If the gov takes all our freedom, then the terrorist wont hate our freedom anymore cuz we wont have any.

Nowmd---I just realized why people get mad at your posts. They are too 'big'. If you wrote that post like I am writing mine, it wouldn't seem like it was taking over because it wouldn't be so 'big'. Oh, you also need to take out the pics and just post the links to you tube stuff. It gets annoying scrolling through such big posts. Just a suggestion. Oh, and I agree that Bush is a planted Muslim zealot or incredibly stupid. He did exactly what Osama asked from him.

btw world trade 7 was hit by all the debris coming from the towers! you people are idiots ,if you were actually there in the city you could see how it leaned forward til the debris "which was higher than any building that exists in phoenix" pushed it to collapse! of course the buildingwill fall straight down by the shear weight and gravity. too many conspiriancy theories! just remember YOU PEOPLE VOTED JOHN MCCAIN INTO THE SENATE!!! and you have voted him in every year so stop your freaking crying!!!

He wasnt talking to heis dentist, "PULL IT" is a demolition term.
We also have a firemen that was on scene testifying that on the police radio there was a countdown, "3 . 2 . 1 ." "bamm bamm bamm"
Then the building collapses.

BBC reported 20 minutes before the building fell that the building collapsed as the building stood in the background behind them LIVE on tv.

The building would of fallen over, NOT drop straight down, smoothly at free fall speed into its own footprint.

NIST also has retracted all 7 of there explainations why the building collapsed and have us on HOLD right now trying to ome up with why it collapsed.

World trade center towers blasted into dust, the debri was dust and AZSLAMMER says the dust cuased WTC 7 to collapse? doesnt make sence, there was no large debri, it was dust. DUST & PAPER, so why didnt the massive FIRES burn that paper? WHEN WILL YOU ACCEPT, IM AN EXPERT ON THE ISSUE OF 911? It looked like it snowed in manhattan.

dust covered the entire island, dust even made its way to NJ.

the debri was dust but AZSLAMMERS says it caused significant damage to WTC 7 resulting in its collapse when the video clearly shows us all DUST DEBRI WAS everywhere,

the guy taking this video was 2 blocks from the tower when it fell, and no large pieces of debri anywhere.

FIREFIGHTER eyewitness from the WTC attacks. He testifies there was MOLTEN METAL. Like RIVERS OF FLOWING LIQUID MOLTEN METAL like volcano lava in the basements of the WTC buildings. 8 days after the collapse we have liquid molten metal like volcano lava flowing under the towers. 1 and only 1 thing explains that. THERMATE was used as the explosive to demo the buildings.
