I sure haven't heard anything, no information, nothing regarding the hate crime on Sarah Palin's church. I guess since it doesn't revolve around how much money her shoes cost, it is not newsworthy? I would like to know if anyone has been caught. If anyone is helping them rebuild their church? How much is Obama's family paying for their clothes and where does the money come from? Why don't they use some of their left over campaign funds to help feed the poor in our country?

I copied this from Dayton Daily News:

Two of Helen Jones-Kelley’s top aides in the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services are leaving their jobs along with Jones-Kelley.

Jones-Kelley of Clayton, the key figure in the “Joe the Plumber” snooping investigation, announced her resignation on Wednesday, Dec. 17.

Doug Thompson, deputy director of child support, had his job “revoked,” effective Monday, Dec. 22, said Scarlett Bouder, department spokesman. Fred Williams, department assistant director, resigned effective Jan. 31, Bouder said. Thompson came to Columbus with Jones-Kelley, who previously was director of the Montgomery County Department of Job and Family Services.

Both were cited in Inspector General Tom Charles’ report that found that Jones-Kelley had improperly authorized searches of state databases for personal information on Samuel Joseph “Joe the Plumber” Wurzelbacher of suburban Toledo during the presidential campaign.

Bouder said that Thompson served at the director’s pleasure and could be dismissed without citing a specific reason. Acting Director Jan Allen made the decision, said Bouder.

The actions were taken to “refocus the agency on the work at hand,” said Bouder.

Jones-Kelley was suspended for a month without pay in the incident and Thompson was suspended for four weeks without pay. Williams was suspended for two weeks without pay.

Well, it appears that the government worker who pilfered through government records and dug up dirt on Joe the Plumber has resigned from her $100K+ comfy job. She has not admitted any wrong doing for using her position and government records and government e-mail, etc. to help Obama's campaign.

From Dayton Daily News:

Helen Jones-Kelley resigns from state job

Helen Jones-Kelley has resigned as director of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, Gov. Ted Strickland’s office announced today, Dec. 17.

State Inspector General Tom Charles found that Jones-Kelley, of Clayton, improperly authorized state database searches for personal information on Samuel Joseph “Joe the Plumber” Wurzelbacher during the presidential campaign.

Strickland suspended Jones-Kelley for a month without pay on Nov. 20 in the wake of Charles’ report.

Strickland had first put Jones-Kelley, a former director of the Montgomery County Job and Family Services department, on paid administrative leave Nov. 7 because of reports that she used her state e-mail account for political fund raising. Charles’ report also confirmed that she used the account to raise money for Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.

She earned $141,980 in her state job.

“My professional career and the legacy of service I have established has been and continues to be far too important for me to allow my reputation and my commitment as a servant to be disparaged,” Jones-Kelley said in a statement released by Strickland’s office. “I also remain concerned for the safety of my family and myself.”

Strickland spokesman Keith Dailey released this statement:

“The governor values Helen Jones-Kelley’s years of public service as a tireless advocate for the most vulnerable among us. He understands her decision and accepts her resignation.”

Yeah, she was such a nice upstanding citizen, huh? Shouldn't she be serving time in prison right now? So much for our privacy rights...out the window...just like the rest of our rights. When oh when will our liberal media reveal the coverups and illegal abuse of raising Obama's campaign funds, and the many abuses that have taken place by his elves in government offices.

According to the Dayton Daily News:

COLUMBUS — Suspended Director Helen Jones-Kelley of the Job and Family Services Department said Thursday, Nov. 20, she should not have allowed the searches of state databases for information on Samuel Joseph — "Joe the Plumber" — Wurzelbacher, who emerged as a key figure in the Ohio presidential campaign.

Gov. Ted Strickland suspended Director Helen Jones-Kelley of the Job and Family Services Department for one month without pay after a state Inspector General's report found Jones-Kelley improperly authorized the searches of state databases and used her state e-mail account for political fundraising.

Based on her annual salary of $141,980, the suspension will cost Jones-Kelley, 57, of Clayton, $11,831.

The report issued on Thursday, Nov. 20, by Inspector General Tom Charles found that Jones-Kelley improperly authorized searches of state databases for information on Wurzelbacher. Charles also found that Jones-Kelley's use of state e-mail resources to raise money for Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama was improper.

Before it was announced, Senate President Bill Harris, R-Ashland, called on Strickland to "immediately terminate" Jones-Kelley and Doug Thompson, deputy director of child support who came with Jones-Kelley to Columbus from Montgomery County.

"You entrusted these individuals with sensitive information regarding thousands of Ohioans.

"They not only failed in their responsibilities to protect that information, but they abused positions of authority to access confidential databases for what, based on the evidence released today, had no legitimate government purpose, was not in response to media requests and appears to be based on political motivations," Harris said in a letter to Strickland.

Strickland had put Jones-Kelley, on paid administrative leave after charges of the improper use of e-mail emerged on Nov. 7. She also is receiving protection from the Ohio Highway Patrol.

Before her appointment by Strickland last year, she headed the Montgomery County Job and Family Services Department.

In his report, Charles also said the Ohio Attorney General's office, under Attorney General Nancy Rogers, failed to prevent a misuse of the Ohio Law Enforcement Gateway (OHLEG) by an agency contractor and for a wrongful act with the contractor in using OHLEG to access confidential information about Wurzelbacher.

This matter currently is being investigated by the Ohio Highway Patrol for possible criminal charges, the report said.

Charles said 18 separate record checks were conducted on Wurzelbacher, from suburban Toledo, following the Oct. 15 presidential debate in which Republican John McCain frequently involved "Joe the Plumber" and his criticism of Obama's tax plan.

"...we determine that ODJFS director Helen-Jones Kelley's authorization to search three confidential databases for information on Wurzelbacher was improper, and that the use of state e-mail resources to engage in political activity was also improper," the report said.

The report said investigators found "no policies or procedures to support" Jones-Kelley's contention that it was agency practice to search databases when someone was "thrust into the public spotlight."

Two former department directors — Tom Hayes and Barbara Riley — said they didn't conduct searches just because someone was raised to "celebrity" status.

The report said that none of Jones-Kelley's justifications for conducting the searches met any reasonable agency function or purpose as required by the administrative code.

On the e-mail fundraising issue, the report said Jones-Kelley had her personal Blackberry synchronized with her department's e-mail system. As a result, all e-mails from her Blackberry went through the ODJFS e-mail system.

Among those were four in which she provided lists of names of potential contributors to the Obama campaign. One included her offer of a $2,500 contribution to the campaign.

"The use of the ODJFS system violates the governor's policy on political activity and constitutes an inappropriate use of state resources," the report said.

Wurzelbacher emerged as a key figure in the presidential race after he and Obama met in mid-October as Obama campaigned in the Toledo area. Wurzelbacher told Obama that he was getting ready to buy a company that makes $250,000 to $280,000 a year and said "your new tax plan is going to tax me more, isn't it?"

Strickland defended Jones-Kelley on the records checks but put her on paid administrative leave on Nov. 7 due to the possibility a state computer or state e-mail account had been used for political fund-raising. E-mails from Jones-Kelley's state account were released from to the Obama campaign in connection with a campaign event, including a fundraiser, in July at Stivers School for the Arts in Dayton. Jones-Kelley contributed $2,500 to Obama.

The records check on Wurzelbacher prompted cries of outrage across the political spectrum. State Rep. Shannon Jones, R-Springboro, is preparing legislation aimed at cracking down on such record checks. Also, the American Civil Liberties Union of Ohio has called on Strickland and other state officials to enact regulations protecting private information on state databases.

Re: His post, The Bible

I know that you may not understand what you are reading. You say there are different ways to interpret the words, and that there are contradictions. I know that the Word is spiritually discerned because I read it, and that's what it said. My suggestion is for you to pray to God for interpretation, and then read:

"And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption."—Ephesians 4:30.

Now, do you still feel like making fun of the Word of God?

om Sunday’s Televised ‘Meet the Press’
Senator Obama was asked about his stance on the American Flag. Obama Explains National Anthem Stance

Sun, 07 Sept. 2008 11:48:04 EST, General Bill Ginn’ USAF (ret.) asked

Obama to explain why he doesn’t follow protocol when the National Anthem is played.

The General also stated to the Senator that according to the United States Code, Title 36, Chapter 10, Sec. 171… During rendition of the national anthem when the flag is displayed, all present except those in uniform are expected to stand at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart. At the very least, ‘Stand and Face It’

Senator Obama Live on Sunday states, ‘As I’ve said about the flag pin, I don’t want to be perceived as taking sides, Obama said. ‘There are a lot of people in the world to whom the American flag is a symbol of oppression. And the anthem itself conveys a war-like message. You know, the bombs bursting in air and all. It should be swapped for something less parochial and less bellicose. I like the song ‘I’d Like To Teach the World To Sing.’ If that were our anthem, then I might salute it. ‘We should consider to reinvent our National Anthem as well as to redesign our Flag to better offer our enemies hope and love. It’s my intention, if elected, to disarm America to the level of acceptance to our Middle East Brethren. If we as a Nation of warring people, should conduct ourselves as the nations of Islam, whereas peace prevails. Perhaps a state or period of mutual concord between our governments. When I become President, I will seek a pact or agreement to send hostilities between those who have been at war or in a state of enmity, and a freedom from disquieting oppressive thoughts. We as a Nation have placed upon the nations of Islam an unfair injustice. My wife disrespects the Flag for many personal reasons. Together she and I have attended several flag burning ceremonies in the past, many years ago. She has her views and I have mine’. Of course now, I have found myself about to become the President of the United States and I have put aside my hatred. I will use my power to bring CHANGE to this Nation, and offer the people a new path of hope. My wife and I look forward to becoming our Country’s First Family. Indeed, CHANGE is about to overwhelm the United States of America.’

Transportation workers spotted the nine bags of documents on their traffic cameras along a ramp off I-4 and I-275.  They aren't checking them out to see if they are all from one party, say Republican votes that some outlet, say ACORN, doesn't want counted? Okay, what's up here?

I've seen picture after picture of Barack casting his vote and smiling. His grandma, who raised him, just died. I know it is hard to get a smile out of me when I'm mourning the loss of a close relative. I feel for Barack's family for going through this loss, but why is Barack smiling so much. Doesn't it bother him at all? Is he going to his grandma's funeral?

I would have posted this in answer to your original blog, but I believe you blocked me, so my answer is here:

The laws of the old testament were made to be a shadow of Jesus' coming. The sacrificing of animals, was to be stopped once Jesus was born. So, too, was the law of the Sabbath. Jesus has pushed more for prefer your brother over yourself, and true love is for a man to give his life to save another. True religion is to visit the fatherless and widows. This is all hard for people who are not alive in the spirit to understand. That's why they look to Obama to save them. But he won't, because he just wants to be God, but he isn't God. McCain acts more like Jesus, and doesn't claim anything more than that he loves America. I feel great about voting for McCain/Palin!

I will say that McCain reminds me of Jesus. McCain gave his body over for torture as a POW for the country he loves. McCain could have spared himself from some of the torture but knew that others were higher in line to be released, and decided to allow another man to go home, and McCain continued to endure EVEN MORE TORTURE due to his integrity and love of the USA. McCain preferred his brother over himself, just like Jesus. If you can't say agree on anything else about McCain, you must agree that McCain loves the United States of America.

Now, Barack, on the other hand, attended a church for 20 years where his own preacher, Reverend Wright, cursed our country and made fun of white people. This does not sound to me like Barack loves the USA. It sounds racist, and hateful, and scary. This is the guy that 1/2 of our nation wants to vote in to be our next President.

If you are a Christian, PRAY for God to open our eyes that we can see the truth.

She was very careful not to make this poser uncomfortable and she didn't make any big mistakes, she humoured him. At the end of the call when the fraud revealed himself, she asked him for the call letters to his station and noted where he was calling from, then she let the call go in a civil manner. Sounds to me like she has a great head on her shoulders, is not frazzled easily, and makes very good decisions and gathers important data even though these frauds were trying to embarrass her. She is not stupid, and she did exactly what she was supposed to do.

Our country has been bad. Very very bad. We have murdered babies and call it abortion. We want something for nothing. We don’t want to work, we want free handouts. We want to rationalize that we aren’t racist by voting for a black man even though we really don’t know who he is. We have closed our eyes and ignored the signs that he may not be who he says he is. God has allowed us to be deceived by this man because we would not look at the truth. We have allowed our own personal greed to become bigger than our love for our country. We have taken this country for granted. We have decided God has no place in our lives. This is why we can’t see—we have been blinded. We are under Obama’s spell. I woke up and voted for McCain (absentee vote). What are you going to do? Are you going to stay blind, or are you going to wake up?

With all of the money that Barack has collected in campaign funds from all of the unnamed unidentified sources, is he trying to buy this election? His picture is plastered across all of the magazines. He was able to purchase 1/2 hour on 3 networks at one time. Most of the news stations have not presented the truth about Barack's shady affiliations (Rev Wright, Bill Ayers), campaign funds from prepaid credit cards, conceiling Barack's records (ex. Birth Certificate, is he a U.S. citizen?), Barack's ACORN associations and funding of from his campaign funds, etc. Are people smart enough to look through this and see the truth?

Love music--almost all kinds of music (don't like the twangy or some of the country music). Big fan of old rock-n-roll (like Ozzy, Deep Purple, Rolling Stones, Steely Dan, Animals, etc.). Love to sing Karaoke. New favorite artist=David Cook (American Idol). Still say he will be bigger than the Beatles. Love his new cd and new video "Light On." Great song, too. I love the energy David puts into his music, and he makes rock-n-roll fun again. I love the gimmicks he uses, and he is a whole rock show in one person, but he also has a new talented band. I hope David puts out more music soon, because his fans are very spoiled and expect more from David, and we know he can deliver!
