Did Simon set DC up for a fall by declaring him winner of AI a week before DC has had an opportunity to perform at the Finale of the two Davids on AI? I think it is very suspicious... What do you think?

I think David Archuleta should of won American Idol.

I think he is a much better singer than cook.

I feel that the voteing was not done fare. If you think about it, the last night you had 4 hour's to vote, not two. Well alot of Archuletas fan's are young. There parent's would not let these young kid's stay up to midnight not vote, as they had school the next day. I feel that if the voteing would of been done earlyer, or if they would of only allowed one phone call or text per phone, that Archuleta would of won hand's down!

I guess it don't matter now, as we know Archuleta is the best singer ever and he will go far with his singing if he choose's to.

I will pay money to hear Archuleta sing, but won't pay a cent for cook.

I think you all are typical Utahns. Can't be happy for the other team--Why is it so hard to take in that David C was actually that good? I sure wish I lived in a state that showed a heck of alot more sportsmanship.

David C only did one thing and that was to change the songs he had to choose from by making them rock songs. Everytime David A tried to change his songs he was shot down. Fair I think not! As far as us Utahns not being happy for the other team oh we are because now our guy (David A)can do his own thing and make it big. Information we are having a talent search by American Idol for next season, because they (So You Think You Can Dance) found when they were here in Feb that we have an enormous amount of talent in the state of UTAH. Yes the best one did win... he is free to pick and choose what and when he wants to make CD's which by the way he is putting out later this year ....Go David A
Conceited is when you think your good, but
~~~WE KNOW WE ARE!~~~~
I love music, and I am totally COOKIEFIED! David Cook is now my favorite artist. He makes me feel like I'm 14 again. His performances make me melt (I'm a melting Cookie). I love DC, and think he is a musical genius! I am a Republican (don't want any more tax increases) and a Christian (I have actually read all of the books of the Bible, several times, every single word, so I am capable of having an "intelligent" conversation about God). I have written and recorded some Christian songs. I like to sing karaoke, hiking, and traveling. I went to Israel, Egypt, and Greece back in the mid '80's. I've been to Cancun, Mexico and the Bahamas, and Canada. I love rock music. I've sung many songs from many artists at Karaoke. Some of my favs include: Ozzy (Paranoid/War Pigs live version, Ironman, Fairies Wear Boots), Steely Dan (Do it Again), Aerosmith (Dream On), Moody Blues (Nights in White Satin), America (Sister Goldenhair), Neil Young (Heart of Gold), Collective Soul (The World I Know), Carly Simon (You're So Vain), Deep Purple (Smoke On the Water), Nancy Sinatra (These Boots Are Made For Walkin'), Weezer (Hash Pipe), Fleetwood Mac (Gold Dust Woman and Stop Draggin' My Heart Around--duet), Green Day (Boulevard), Stones (Paint it Black), Def Leopard (Pour Some Sugar on Me), Animals (House of the Risin' Sun), Badfinger (No Matter What You Want), Turtles (So Happy Together)--didn't hear DC do this one, but I'm sure he does it better than I do, Cream (White Room), and Ted Nugent and the Amboy Dukes (Journey to the Center of the Mind)--(great song BTW, showstopper, first psychadelic song I ever heard).
