Is anyone else sick of hearing about Oprah and her weight issues? Does that really merit time on every single news show?

I dont think the problem is just Oprah, however I would like to hear about real news, not what she ballooned to now. Celebrity news is not news. People need to stop idolizing celebrities and accept themselves for who they are not not allow the tabloids dictate what we are going to look like or wear this season.

What Oprah wants is for everybody to make her a goddest. She wants people to worship as such.She has claimed on tv that she is smarter than God and Jesus is just a thought. She has also started a church. The false theacing the come out of that church is appauling.

Sheila, you should have checked my blog about Oprah, a lot of other people don't care about it either. Oh, and about getting upset about the locations, it is important that people understand where these places are. It is also important to the credibility of the people who present the news so that we can trust what they are telliing us. Last night on the ten pm show Troy Hayden was doing the story on the burning house near Anthem and he pointed out that it was north of the valley. My hat is off to him.

Sheila,
I have no idea how Oprah was able to gain the attention she has. There are so many more people that really do have something important and rational to say, and sadly, they will never have the attention or be able to reach the people they should. Oprah should be ashamed at the power she has to reach people and should be able to focus so much attention in much needed places had she not decided to become the leader of some strange cult. On the bright side, she is proud to think she has created her very own president.

Given her cash flow, she should never have a problem getting rid of her weight issues. There are so many more big black women that don’t give a c r a p about how much they weigh, they think they look GOOD, and they are going out tonight, if you don’t like it you had better not mention it to them or they will whip your butt! There are large ladies that feel just fine the way they are, why doesn’t Oprah pay one of them to tell her how to get over it? If not, have a surgery to correct her over eating, this is so NOT news.
