So I know that 10 years into "rebuilding" the Chiefs are ready to start doing some decent building with these draft picks they are starting to accumalate.  I would like to offer two suggestions....

HEAD COACH

TEAM PRESIDENT

Seriously, I'm available for either one.  Now I know that I'm not the most experienced person for the job but I also know that I can't screw anything up worse than they have and I know that I would settle for a lot less money than those two wastes of paper are getting.

And on another note; going for two with 20 some seconds left in the game when the extra point after the touchdown would have tied the game?  Going for two when it took more than a whole quarter to get the ball in the endzone to start with, and someone thought that they could do it on back to back plays??

Thanks for at least trying Tony, you had a helluva game today, but please consider a new team soon.  A future hall of famer like you really really really deserves a super bowl ring before retirement and you're not going to get one in KC.

I can't argue with Coach Edwards decision to try and give a banged up 1-7 team desperately in need of a win a chance to do so without having to go to an extra period. The Chiefs do not need any more injuries. Yes, you can point to the bad snap and all the other things that went wrong, but this decision isn't one of them. They aren't in the playoff hunt, so going for two was the right choice in my opinion.

I saw a few real good things Sunday. The defense stopped the Chargers when they HAD TO, and the offense scored 6 points when they HAD TO. Gone are the days when the Chiefs could put up a TD at will. I too wish they could be a bit more productive on their second half offensive drives, but I am finally seeing consistent improvement. I feel that the Chiefs should have been at this point early on in the season as opposed to now.

I am still a King Carl basher, but Coach Edwards has bought some time with me based on this newly improving play. The defense is taking the ball away and not allowing 300 rushing yards to good running teams such as Tampa and San Diego. Brandon Flowers is a difference maker, you can see that in his lack of presence in the last couple of games. They need a better pass rush.

Given all the injuries and the adversity (read: Larry Johnson off-field drama, Gonzo wanting trade) the Chiefs have faced, I haven't seen one single player quit. It would be easy to pack it in and become like Oakland with player attitude, but these Chiefs haven't shown that. I'm seeing them step in the right direction. With maturity a lot of the mistakes you see will go aw

away. I'm not saying the Super Bowl is right around the corner, but the wins will come should the Chiefs continue this level of play. This is where I expected the Chiefs to be at the beginning of the season. There is still much work to be done, but I'm finally seeing results. I will begin judging Coach Edwards from now until game 16, he has earned that much with me.

The Saints play like girls and LJ is back, what a combination.....LJ is really hard on girls, Chiefs will win if Herm doesn't show up to make some stupid decisions.
