The church that former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin goes to, was burned in an arson attack. There is about one million dollars damage.

I think it was probably a Christian zealot from another church who was ticked off that Palin's church (which she denied was her church anymore) says the only true Xians are those who speak in tongues when they are baptized.

dhw--Are you referring to my ridiculous reply to the ridiculous blog? Or are you referring to the ridiculous notion that if one doesn't speak in tongues when they are baptized then they are not a true Xian (which is the fundamental belief of the Pentacostal religion which is the religion of Palin's church)? (Doesn't anyone get tongue in cheek humor anymore? Or does it just fly above your heads?)

AGAIN blaze. fundamentalist do place a lot of importance on "the gift of tongues" but I believe it was St.Paul who said something to the effect that one would just be a noisy gong if the gift was abused or something on that order. We don't believe you ever say anything in humor but in distaste and cruelty. we are all still praying for you blaze aka agnostic goat aka blaze.
