Yesterday on my way home the young driver in front of me tossed a half-full can of pop right out the window with such proficiency that it was obvious that he does that all the time.   Honestly, how hard is it to wait until you get to your destination to throw out your trash?  Why empty the ash tray in the parking lot when you could walk ten feet to the nearest can, how lazy can one be?   An article in the Springfield paper said that police were starting to crack down on littering in the Ozarks...sure hope they start here too!

once a lady stopped on my street and opened up her door and dumped her ashtray all over MY street. i scraped up some then followed her up to the elemetary school where she and i were picking up our kids.then i approached her in front of all the other moms and held out this bag with all her butts in it. i told her she must have forgotten these on my street. she tried to deny it, but like everyone was laughing and i never saw her again on my street. what a loser

When I would be out some one would drop a paper or something not thinking I would say you just dropped something on the ground. Alot of time they would say "oh and picked it up. And I would look back at them as I walked and they would put it in a trash can.

We get that all the time, living next to a main road! It seems like if you live in the rural areas you get lots of trash tossed out! Would`nt it be great to get fingerprints or something and have these people arrested!I get more beer bottles in my yard, and I do not even drink, and it is getting old!

I hate when I see this behavior. I can relate to many instances were I watched litter fly from a speeding car or truck. As you mention, there is no excuse for such behavior, other than total disregard for our enviroment and personal sloth

it is ridiculous and i love what you did, Nader!!

there's a car commercial out now where a guy followed around another guy, picking up all the trash he'd thrown out of his car. then he built a fake "trash tree" out of all of it and stuck it on the hood of the literer's car. hilarious!

we put a plastic grocery bag or a cardboard 12 pack pop container in our cars and just toss any trash in those. easy clean up!

I never throw trash out of my car, unless Im in Johnson County, ( Just Kidding )

I've seen cops through cigarettes out their window, and other trash, But I do understand that more tickets are starting to be written for littering, Seems like last year some lady got a ticket for throwing lettuce out of her car that she took off of a burger, Is that really littering ?? I wouldnt think throwing food out would be, the birds and bugs would eat it, but I guess it would also attract animals to the road,

Where is that dash cam when you need it? Thinking about installing one on my dash and shooting videos of people doing what they want to admit doing. Then put them on a web site(Think I would get any hits?)....with a shot of their tag number. HeHeHeHe... or maybe have The Big Fox 4 play them on the news. It could be called "Cam Busted in KC" (Hey Miss producer are you reading this...guaranteed 10 point increase in ratings)
