I get so sick and tired of blacks pulling the race card,everytime they want to get into the spotllight! Seriously! A lady,who has a son in the KCK school district,protested about a reading assignment. Of which she says,uses racial slurs,frequently. She said,why is it that people,of African decent,are basically,put into the spotlight,like that? Well madam,it's because you blacks,put yourselves there in the first place! Should the school districts push this kind of reading material,maybe not. But have you heard the way a lot of the kids nowawdays,address themselves? The"N"word was used as a derrogitory slur,towards blacks. But then Blacks,through out the years,has embraced the word,as a term of greeting or endearment. To protest the book on racial slurs alone,is very short sighted,madam! For obscene language,I agree! I have read the book,Of Mice And Men,and have seen the movie(With Gary Sinese and John Malkovic)It is not a book,that should be passed around for required reading,for kids that age. No matter how street smart they may be! But should we ignore the topic of race with kids these days? No! But neither should blacks!

Let's be real here! For the most part,Blacks are creating more problems for themselves,more so,than the white man ever could today. There are negative stereotypes,that you people,live up to. You create other problems for yourselves,and then expect the,"White Government",to give you special treatment,to bail you out! Can't have your cake,and eat it too,jabronies! And for this lady to make a statement,that more or less,says that only blacks are getting picked on? Woman,please! The Whiteman has taken more from me and my ancestors,than they ever will from any black! Quit your belly-aching,pulling the race card,and living by the,"Do as I say,not as I do"motto! Get over it! It's an evil world! And that is the basic premise of that book. Among other things,but still!..........
