We buy a car and then we pay 7.825% sales tax, which on a 22000.00 car is 1721.00 plus the price of plates,   I totally understand sales tax.  but then here comes December 31,  Now we have to pay Personal  Property tax on that vehicle,  well that first year in Missouri  will run you about  725.00 on that vehicle, and the second year about 500.00.

So if a husband and wife have newer cars,  they could be paying out upwards to 1200.00 a year on this, then if they own any boats, motorcycles, trailers, ect.  its even More,  I know alot of people that buy older cars instead of Brand new ones just because of the personal property tax in Missouri and other states,  but states like Nevada and Kentucky and a few others have no personal property tax, eliminate this and things would improve, 

 

And we wont even bring up the subject of States without Personal Income Tax.

How far away do you have to move to get away from this ? a young girl was shot in the face this past weekend in Lee's Summit,  it was just a few years back the Lee's Summit was one of the top  100 safest cities to live in, Now its not even in the top 1000,   between the violent crimes and the drug problems out here how will one ever sell or rent a home ??

Many U.S. voters are suspicious of the Democratic candidate's past, and Berg filed a lawsuit to force Barack Hussein Obama to produce a certified copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he can run for the office of President of the United States. However, he is being fought. The DNC On Sept. 24 filed a motion to dismiss the Berg action. Why? What is there to hide? Why not produce the original birth certificate and be done with all the suspicions against Barack Hussein Obama?
 
A few months back, a birth certificate WAS posted on the internet which shows that Obama was born in Hawaii. Yet some say this birth certificate is a forgery and again, his grandmother states that she was present at the birth, in Kenya. So what is the truth?
 
One explanation is that Obama's mother Ann Dunham, flew to Kenya in 1961 with Obama's father to meet his family. According to some news reports, Ann Dunham, was not accepted well by her husband's family because she was white:
 
"Obama's family did not take to Stanley Ann Dunham Obama very well, because she was white, according to Sarah Obama. Shortly after she arrived in Kenya Stanley Ann decided to return to Hawaii because she later said, she did not like how Muslim men treated their wives in Kenya. Obama's grandmother said the baby—Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.—was born in Kenya and that shortly after he was born, Stanley Ann returned to Hawaii."

It is instead believed, that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya as his grandmother apparently stated. Then, after he was born, his mother returned with him to Hawaii where his birth was REGISTERED on or about August 8th, 1961, in the public records office in Hawaii.
 
There is also a discrepancy in what hospital Barack Hussein Obama was born in, even if he was born in Hawaii. Reports by his own sister in two separate interviews state that he was born at two different hospitals-- Kapiolani Hospital and Queens Hospital--in Honolulu.
 
The Times Herald even reports: "the senator's grandmother, brother and sister, who live in Kenya, believe they were present during Obama's birth in the African country." Here, the Times Herald uses the word that his family 'believe' he was born in Kenya (perhaps to avoid possible law suits by Obama's Truth Squad?).

Saturday I went out to buy a New rifle, I decided after 20+ years I deserved to have a New Deer Rifle and My son would get my old one.

I shopped and researched what I wanted for a couple of weeks, then I called around for the best price,  Once I found the right price I was done,  When I arrived at the shop on Saturday to pick up my new rifle, I began talking to the shop keeper,  he was working on a engine lathe, he was threading the end of a barrel on a pistol, I ask him if he was doing that for a flash supressor, he replied that it was for a Silencer,  he told me that as of August 31 Missouri is one of 40 states that you can now own a silencer,   This was a huge suprise to me,   then he went on to tell me that in Missouri you can also now own a Fully Automatic Weapon,  This was even a bigger surprise,

 

So I guess now  when Im out Rabbit and squirrel hunting that the competition will be greater if Im not hunting with a machine Gun with a silencer ??
