Good news from Redskins training camp, rookie wide reciever Malcom Kelly was back on the practice field, he pulled a hamstring late last week.
You might see him Sunday night when the Redskins open the pre-season on national TV against the Colts in the Hall of Fame game.
You can see that game on WAVY-TV 10.
More good news, cornerback Carlos Rogers participated in full practice today.
Rogers is coming back from a knee ligament injury that forced him to miss the last night games last year.
Rogers says he would like to be ready for the team’s opener against the Giants on Sept. 4th.
Chris Samuels celebrated his 31st birthday yesterday, and his fellow offensive linemen brought him a cake and sang happy birthday.
There was a picture of a Seal on the cake, a lot of guys think Samuels looks like the singer Seal who's married to Heidi Klum.
Anyway Chris' buddy Randy Thomas shoved the cake into Samuels' face.
It takes guts to do that to a 6 foot 5, 315 pound football star.
